Product description
Multiple mounting options — Designed to hook up to cable pulley systems, lat pulldown machines, gym weight stacks, power racks and squat racks. Use it for lat pulldowns, rows, curls and other upper-body moves to target biceps, triceps, shoulders, lats and abs.
Three-piece adjustable bar — The assembly includes three segments that combine into two configurations: a long bar at 39.37 inches and a short bar at 15.7 inches. The long setup is ideal for wide pulldowns and shoulder work; the short setup is suited to close-grip lifts, rows and arm-focused exercises.
Durable construction — Built from solid steel with a black protective coating, this attachment has a maximum load rating of 330 LBS. The handles are covered with commercial-style PVC dip for a wear-resistant, non-slip surface that follows ergonomic contours for a secure hold and added comfort.
Great for home or portable use — The modular design lets you remove sections quickly for storage or travel. It’s intended to strengthen the upper body by focusing on the latissimus dorsi, shoulders, back, biceps, triceps and core when added to your home gym setup.
Included items and warranty — The set ships as a three-piece bar with removable extensions and includes a sturdy carabiner for quick attachment. The manufacturer offers a lifetime replacement policy for quality defects — units are replaced rather than repaired, with free replacements and no return required.

VerdictA practical attachment for home or commercial cable stations: converts between long and short bars, delivers a secure PVC-dipped grip, and supports up to 330 lbs. It’s lightweight and breaks down for travel, and comes with a lifetime replacement policy for manufacturing issues.

Good value for a basic pulley bar
Does the job without frills. Not a heavy commercial bar, but works great for home use.

Perfect for transporting between gyms
Lightweight but solid in function, and it breaks down small for moving. Grip is comfortable and has never slipped during lat pulldowns.

Very versatile and simple to swap
I installed this on a multi-station rig so I wouldn’t have to keep swapping a single straight bar. I like that the extensions come off quickly to make a narrow bar, and the fully wrapped grip is much nicer than my old half-wrapped piece. No complaints so far.
