Product description
Quick-install system: The rings use a simple hanging method — pass the straps over a beam or bar, clip in the carabiners to the matching numbered slots and you’re ready. The labeled anchoring slots make repeatable height settings straightforward and speed up swapping positions between exercises.
Adjustment and hardware: Each set comes with four zinc-alloy carabiners and a pair of double-layered polyester straps that measure 1.5 inches wide and 8.5 feet long. The straps are printed with numerals to help you match lengths on both sides and to fine-tune height symmetry during workouts. Reinforced stitching at stress points increases durability.
Load and construction: The straps are built to resist heavy loads and are stitched for longevity; a single strap carries a very high rated load. The rings are crafted from 1.11-inch-thick birch wood rather than plastic, offering a firmer, more natural grip with a smooth, non-slip finish. Two hand tapes are provided to wrap the rings if you prefer extra grip or padding.
Use cases: These rings suit a wide range of calisthenics and gymnastic movements — ring pull-ups, dips, rows, muscle-ups, chest flies, front lever work, core holds, hanging leg raises and more. They’re appropriate for home gyms, garage setups, outdoor rigs (dry conditions), and portable training with an over-door or beam anchor.
Package contents: Two birch wooden rings (1.11" thickness), one pair of 1.5"×8.5ft double-layer polyester numbered straps, four zinc-alloy carabiners, and two hand tapes for optional wrapping.

VerdictThese wooden rings combine a user-friendly quick-clip system with robust hardware and a comfortable birch grip. Higher quality than other brands
Smaller diameter feels more like gymnastic rings, which helps false-grip muscle-ups. Labeled carabiner points make setup quick. Grip tape is optional but a nice extra.

Extremely tough and reliable
Used these for about a year and a half with zero failures. Simple setup and confident holding of my full weight; one side hangs about a centimeter lower but otherwise excellent.

Fantastic — highly recommended
Great for getting into calisthenics. Sturdy build, excellent grip even without chalk, clear numbered straps and robust carabiners. Trainer-approved.

Solid, dependable set
Happy with the quality. I didn’t use the grip tape but the rings perform well without it.
