Product description
This 8-piece workout set contains four long resistance tubes and four short loop bands, providing a range of training options from full-body strength work to targeted lower-body activation. The long bands are intended for exercises such as squats, deadlifts, chest and shoulder presses, rows, assisted pull-ups, and other compound movements. The loop bands are sized for glute bridges, lateral steps, clamshells, hip abductions, Pilates moves and mobility drills.
Resistance spans a wide spectrum to accommodate beginners through advanced trainees, with combined tension options approximately covering 10 to 120 pounds depending on how bands are paired. The bands are crafted from natural latex for elasticity and repeated stretching; the material is thicker than many inexpensive alternatives to offer a more substantial feel and improved longevity.
Two separate drawstring storage bags are provided — one to contain the longer straps and one for the shorter loops — for tidy storage and portability when moving between home, office, gym or travel. A simple instruction leaflet is included for basic setup and exercise ideas, and the manufacturer supports the set with a lifetime warranty against defects to give added confidence in daily use.

City Girl 5/5
Solid selection for at-home strength and stretching
I like the convenience of having both long and loop-style bands in one package. The longer bands work well for full-body moves and assisted pull-ups, while the loops are ideal for glute and hip activation. The range of tensions lets you scale exercises for different muscle groups. Having both styles in the same kit removes the need to buy several separate items.

Unexpected art supply-style review included
I also tried a 24-piece marker pack for craft projects and found the colors very vibrant with smooth, opaque coverage across glass, wood and canvas. The ergonomic barrels made detailed work comfortable and the set performed reliably on multiple surfaces — a pleasant crafting companion.

Handy replacement set for my gym bag
These replaced some worn bands I used during the pandemic. I mainly use them for pre-workout stretching and warm-ups and they’ve held up through many sessions. The bands feel thick and sturdy, and so far I’m not worried about snapping. The set comes with two drawstring pouches to separate the lighter loops from the heavier ones. The tiny booklet isn’t very detailed, and there’s an initial rubber smell that fades after airing.

A lil bit of everything 5/5
Dependable bands for PT and strength building
I use these for physical therapy and general leg strengthening. The material stretches well and has held up through repeated sessions without tearing. Color bands correspond to resistance differences and they’ve proven durable. The pouches make them easy to carry to appointments or the gym.

Born2Shop 5/5
High quality but inconsistent color coding
The bands are portable and excellent for low-impact workouts, which is great for joint issues. My main gripe is that the colors don’t follow a clear, standardized scheme and none of the bands are labeled with resistance numbers. That makes it harder to grab the exact tension you want without testing each band. They do come with travel bags and feel well made otherwise.

Thicker, more substantial bands than I expected
I bought these to replace old, stretched-out bands and was impressed by the thickness and sturdiness. They’re latex but didn’t have the usual overpowering rubber smell. The packaging lists equivalent weight ranges, though those figures aren’t printed on the bands themselves. I use the long bands for assisted pull-ups and stretches, and I found the short loops surprisingly useful and durable for lower-body work.

Diva Steps 5/5
Well-made, versatile set for many routines
I was pleasantly surprised by how robust these bands feel. The kit delivers both long and loop options so you can tackle everything from squats and presses to glute bridges and side steps. Multiple resistance levels allow progression from lighter to heavier tension as you grow stronger, making it a solid choice for home workouts or travel.
