Product description
Set includes two rectangular exercise blocks, each sized 9" x 6" x 3". They are constructed from high-density polyethylene (PE) foam, which is firmer and more compression-resistant than typical EVA foam. The material is durable and designed to retain shape through repeated daily use without significant sagging or deformation.
All faces have a textured, non-slip finish to help maintain grip in sweaty conditions and heated classes. The blocks feature beveled edges for a more comfortable hold and easier placement under hands, hips, or back. They serve as props for stabilizing balancing poses, supporting inversions, extending reach, and assisting stretches.
Each block is very lightweight (under 0.4 lb apiece), making them simple to carry to class or stash in a bag for travel, office breaks, or outdoor practice. They are suitable for yoga, pilates, stretching routines, meditation seating, and therapeutic exercises where a stable base is needed.
Because they are made of PE foam, the bricks resist dents and compression better than softer foams, offering consistent support for weight-bearing uses. Their compact size and modest weight make them easy to maneuver during flows, and they work well in pairs for symmetric adjustments or as solo props when space is limited.
These blocks are intended for users at any level who want improved alignment, safer transitions into deeper poses, or extra lift for flexibility work. Available in pastel shades, colors may appear slightly different in person due to dye variation and lighting, but the functional design remains the same.
Pros
- Firm, compression-resistant PE foam
- Textured, non-slip surfaces with beveled edges
- Very lightweight and easy to transport
Cons
- Some users find them softer than cork alternatives
- Color tones can differ from expectations
- Not as heavy-duty feeling as solid cork blocks
VerdictThese PE foam bricks deliver steady, long-lasting support with a textured, non-slip surface and comfortable beveled edges. They’re lightweight and portable, suitable for most practitioners seeking reliable alignment and extra reach. Some users may find them slightly softer than cork blocks and color tones can vary, but overall they’re a practical, durable prop for home or studio use.

Supportive without feeling rigid
These blocks hold my weight well but aren’t rock-hard, so they’re comfortable for extended use. The textured faces grip my mat even when I sweat, and the rounded edges sit nicely in my hands. They’re very light, easy to reposition during a flow, and having two makes paired poses much simpler.

Helpful addition to my practice
Compared to my older set these feel softer to the touch and are a touch heavier, which makes them easier to handle. I find them more dependable in a vertical position and they grip the floor well. I bought the pink pair and like the color. They’ve made a noticeable difference in my flexibility and alignment.

Softer than I wanted; color lighter than pictured
They arrived in two pastel blocks at the standard 9×6×3 size. I ordered a lilac shade but received more of a pink, which clashes with my other gear. The foam is lightweight and doesn’t dent easily, but it isn’t as firm as other blocks I’ve used — stable enough, but not as rock-steady under heavy load.

Good starter blocks
I’m new to yoga and these arrived in good condition with no defects. The set includes two blocks and they’ve helped me with leg stretches and basic poses. Overall they perform well for beginners.

Sturdy support for daily routines
I’ve used the 2-pack daily and they provide solid backing for hands and feet without sinking. The non-slip texture keeps them steady on my mat, and they’re light enough to move quickly during sequences but durable enough for regular stretching and balancing work.
