Product description
What you get: Five resistance tubes (varied tension levels), a pair of padded handles, two adjustable ankle straps, a door anchor, a storage bag and an instruction booklet that outlines basic exercises.
Construction and size: The tubing is stretchy rubber, with nylon-reinforced handles and metal connection points. Each tube measures about 54 inches tip-to-tip, providing plenty of length for standing, seated and anchored movements. The ankle straps and door anchor attach via the same snap connectors used for the handles.
How to use it: Combine different tubes for greater resistance, clip a handle and anchor the other end in a doorway with the included anchor, or attach the ankle straps for leg and hip movements. The set works for Pilates, yoga modifications, warmups, strength training, stretching routines and post-surgery physical therapy.
Practical notes: A carry pouch keeps the pieces together for storage and transport. The instruction booklet supplies basic progressions and setup tips. Materials are designed for repeated home use, though some users notice an initial rubber scent that typically diminishes with airing.
Pros
- Comprehensive kit with multiple tensions
- Long 54" tubes suit many exercises
- Includes handles, ankle straps, door anchor and pouch
Cons
- Some users report missing parts in shipments
- Occasional rubbery odor at first
- Rare defective band and limited seller response
VerdictThis 12-piece resistance tube set covers most home exercise and physical therapy needs: five color-coded tubes with differing tensions, two detachable handles, ankle cuffs, a door anchor and a carry pouch. Materials feel solid for the price, the tubes are 54" from tip to tip, and the kit adapts well to yoga, Pilates, stretching, strength work and rehab exercises. Most users praise the construction

Well-equipped but a slight odor
Comes with all the accessories including handles and the door anchor. There is a faint latex smell initially, but it fades after airing out.

Multiple resistance levels are handy
Nice set — the different tensions allow me to change intensity depending on the class or workout. Very flexible for mixed routines.

High-quality kit — exceeded expectations
I ignored some negative comments and ordered this set — glad I did. The tubes and the nylon handles feel robust, connection points are solid, and the included manual is helpful. Tubes are about 54" end-to-end and they match what my physical therapist uses. Very pleased.

Perfect for physical therapy
Using these after rotator cuff surgery — the padded handles make exercises easier than the strips the clinic gives, and the colors match the resistance levels from PT.

Not up to expectations
The set felt cheaply made and the build quality was disappointing. Construction seems low-end and likely produced overseas; I wouldn’t recommend it.

Defective band and no seller reply
One of the tubes was faulty. I contacted the seller through their support channel but didn’t receive any response.

Missing components — return requested
Package arrived without the handles or the door anchor, so the bands were unusable for me. I requested a return due to the missing items.
