Charging fails after a few months
Worked fine initially, but the charge wouldn’t hold and after a few months it stopped working altogether. I don't recommend it.

Feels great when it works, but unreliable
I wanted to love this, but it didn’t last. Used twice daily for short sessions and had to charge nearly every other day, then it stopped charging entirely after less than two weeks. When it runs, it feels great, but the failure was frustrating.

Poor durability, returned for refund
I would have given zero stars if possible. It worked three times then quit. Even fully charged it won’t run. Returning for a refund—spend a bit more for better quality.

Fantastic for severe foot pain
This worked wonders for my intense plantar fasciitis. I chose it over pricier models and it helped loosen foot muscle fibers and reduced pain after a couple of uses. Also helpful on lower back and legs. Charge it first; it runs about 22–25 minutes per session before needing a recharge. Would gift to someone in pain.

Helpful but not miraculous
I have severe plantar fasciitis and added this to stretches, icing, topical gel, and supportive insoles. I use it before and after sleep and during breaks. It's not a miracle, but it seems to help. I use vibration and non-vibration modes. Feels well made, battery lasts a reasonable time, and it's easy to clean. I recommend it but don’t expect instant fixes.
