Product description
Purpose and performance: Designed for athletes who prioritize speed and consistent rotation, this model uses an S-707 steel wire cable engineered to spin quickly and maintain smooth motion for double unders and intricate footwork. The low profile and rapid bearing system reduce drag so athletes can sustain high-tempo sets.
Adjustability and components: The standard cable measures 290 cm before customization and can be trimmed to fit any height. A screw-lock mechanism secures the cable once you’ve cut it, and the package includes the locking sleeve and small O-rings used to fix the line length. Assembly is straightforward: shorten the cable to the desired length, secure with the sleeve and O-rings, and tighten the screw lock for stable, tangle-free operation.
Materials and durability: The wire is high-tensile steel designed to resist stretch and deformation under repetitive, high-speed use. That construction helps the rope keep consistent tension during interval workouts and competition-style training. Handles are molded from polypropylene (PP) for a stiff, durable shell that stands up to repeated sessions.
Handle design and ergonomics: Each handle runs about 15 cm long and has a textured, non-slip surface to improve grip during sweaty workouts. They are intentionally lightweight to limit shoulder and forearm fatigue during long or high-rep sessions, while the internal bearing assembly provides smooth, continuous rotation.
Made and tested in Korea: Developed and validated by professional trainers and national-level athletes in Korea, this rope reflects decades of manufacturing know-how from a company with over 40 years in the field. The result is a specialist tool aimed at speed-focused practitioners rather than casual beginners. What’s included: adjustable steel cable (290 cm stock), pair of PP handles with bearings, locking sleeve, and O-rings for length adjustment, plus basic setup instructions.

Cons
- Very light feel gives less feedback for some users
- No carrying bag or many accessories included
- Not ideal for complete beginners learning basics
VerdictThis jump rope delivers razor-fast, low-friction rotation and firm locking for users who already have some rope skills. The S-707 high-tensile steel cable and slim, 15 cm PP handles give excellent speed and minimal arm fatigue, making it great for endurance and speed-focused sessions. However, its featherlight feel can reduce tactile feedback for those who prefer a heavier line, and it lacks acces

Featherlight and Built for Speed
Extremely light overall. Handles sit comfortably in the hand and the length is easy to modify by trimming the cable. Performs best for intermediate jumpers — beginners may find it unforgiving. Ideal for boxing cardio and advanced conditioning. My son takes it to the gym to practice and uses it often; a premium option for serious workouts.

Engineered for high-intensity users
As a HIIT fan, I found this rope excellent for fast, consistent rotations. The S-707 steel cable makes double unders and technical footwork much easier once you’ve mastered the timing. Warning: it’s aimed at experienced jumpers — if you don’t know double unders, this is likely too advanced. The high-tensile wire resists stretch so the rope retains tension through hard training.

Well-constructed but too light for my taste
Construction is solid: spins smoothly, resists tangles and accelerates easily. The ultra-light cable and handles gave me less awareness of the rope’s position compared with heavier lines. That said, the lightness kept my arms fresh and let me focus on cardio without fatiguing supporting muscles.

Compact and good for travel
Great for building cardio and tendon strength on the go. Length is set with small O-rings and a locking sleeve. Handles feel rugged but are plastic rather than rubberized. No carry pouch included, but the slim profile packs easily in a gym bag with a strap or Velcro tie.

Too light to use
Far too lightweight for me. I could barely control it because it lacked the weight I prefer.

Smooth, rapid, and ideal for interval work
Bought it for CrossFit and boxing sessions and it quickly became a go-to. Rotation is smooth and tangle-free, making speed and endurance sets feel efficient. Length adjustment is simple and the handles stay grippy even when hands sweat. Cable resists kinks and handles have held up through repeated indoor and outdoor use.

Good for endurance, shaky for CrossFit dubs
I’m split on this rope. It’s wonderfully light for long or high-rep sessions — no arm burn and steady rhythm for single-unders. For CrossFit-style double unders, though, it felt underweighted: the handles lack anchoring mass and the cable is so light that timing and responsiveness suffered for me.

Works, but not what I expected
It functions as a jump rope, but it didn’t match my expectations from the name. The cable still twists more than I’d like even when hung out to straighten.
