Product description
What’s included: one 1.69 oz (50 mL) bottle of liquid chalk in a travel-sized container fitted with a clip for attachment to a bag, belt loop or harness.
Formula and feel: the product has a lotion-like consistency that spreads easily over the palms. The formula is made from body-safe ingredients and carries a light, fresh scent once dry.
How it works: dispense a few drops onto your hands, rub them together to spread the solution evenly, then leave them to air-dry for roughly 20–30 seconds. Once set it resembles traditional chalk in grip but without loose powder.
Performance and uses: designed for weightlifting, CrossFit, rock climbing, gymnastics, bowling and other sports where a sure handhold is crucial. The dried film reduces chalk dust and flaking compared with loose chalk.
Portability and convenience: the compact bottle is easy to stash in a gym bag or clip to your gear for quick access during workouts, hikes or climbing sessions.
Care and notes: keep the cap closed between uses to limit drying at the opening; for long training days you may need to reapply during extended sets.
Pros
- Dries quickly into a grippy film
- Minimal dust compared with loose chalk
- Compact bottle with clip for transport
Cons
- Small 1.69 oz volume may run out for heavy users
- May require reapplication during long sessions
- Cap area can crust and need cleaning
VerdictThis 1.69 oz liquid chalk offers reliable, mess-reducing grip for a variety of activities. It dries in seconds to a film that adheres well and reduces slippage. The portable bottle with clip makes it convenient for travel and training, though the small volume may require refill for heavy users and the cap can need occasional cleaning.

Rapid drying
Very effective chalk that sets up extremely fast.

High-quality coverage
Excellent coverage and it builds up nicely on the hands. Unlike some alternatives, it didn't irritate the skin and left a reliable grip.

Solid grip for powerlifting
First time using liquid chalk for powerlifting and it did the job. My grip stopped slipping and I could lift what I should. It stays put through three sets; for four or five sets I reapply. The cap can crust over so I unscrew it when that happens. First bottle lasted nearly a year and I'm buying another.

Gym-approved substitute for powder
My gym doesn't allow powder chalk, so this was the ideal substitute. It keeps the mess down while providing the same secure feel; helped me lift weights I previously couldn't hold onto.

Switched from loose chalk and stayed switched
I used loose chalk for years but needed an alternative when it was banned at a new gym. The liquid version gives an even, thick coat across the hands and excellent grip. I don't plan to go back to the old chalk.

Perfect for my daughter's acro classes
My daughter needed personal chalk for acro training and this fit easily in her bag. She can squeeze the small bottle herself, it dries fast, and it feels like regular chalk but sticks to her hands better. Only downside was a slow delivery.

Better than other liquid options
Compared to another liquid brand I tried, this one dries quicker and leaves far less mess. It applies evenly, doesn't flake, and gave me solid deadlift grips in both dry and very humid conditions. My only gripe is the cost.

Bottle is smaller than expected
I didn't realize how small the bottle would be.

Repeat purchase — dependable
This is my second order. I tried another brand and it was disappointing. This one spreads easily, a little goes a long way, dries quickly and isn't overly scented. I use it for bars, cables and swings and would recommend it for climbing or weight work.
