Product description
The Wastou speed jump rope arrives as a complete kit: the assembled rope with handles, an extra length of coated cable and a small screw tool to trim or extend the line.
Inside each handle is a dual-bearing swivel that spins smoothly at 360°, producing consistent rotation for quick skipping and minimizing tangles. The full cable length measures about 9.8 feet, leaving room to tailor the rope for taller users; you shorten or lengthen it using the included screwdriver and spare wire.
The cable itself is a steel wire core encased in a silicone-like coating. That construction protects the metal from abrasion, reduces twisting, and makes the rope suitable for jumping on flat surfaces without immediate wear. Handles are machined aluminum in a hollow design to keep the unit light while remaining sturdy. They have a textured surface for a firmer hold and help reduce forearm fatigue during longer sessions.
Use this rope for HIIT, boxing footwork, endurance circuits or at-home cardio bursts. Its compact form is travel-friendly and stores easily. A lifetime satisfaction guarantee backs the product—contact support if you find any defect and they will assist you.
Pros
- Consistent 360° dual-bearing rotation
- Adjustable cable up to 9.8 ft with spare length and tool
- Durable steel core with protective silicone coating
Cons
- Length adjustment requires a small screwdriver
- Thin cable provides little swinging weight for beginners
- Handles can feel narrow for larger hands
VerdictThis jump rope delivers smooth, high-speed rotation thanks to dual bearings and a low-friction joint. Its 9.8 ft cable with spare length and an adjustment tool makes it usable by taller users and youths alike. The steel core with silicone coating resists kinks and abrasion, while hollow aluminum handles keep weight down and grip solid. Ideal for fast cardio and interval work, though the thin cable

Simple, effective workout rope
Perfect for basic cardio sessions. It includes a tool to change the length and the rope moves with a clean swoosh. The feel of the grip is pleasant and the weight is balanced for steady skipping.

Slim handles, still a favorite
Cord is light and easy to adjust. Metal handles are rigid but a touch slim for my grip — slightly awkward but not a dealbreaker. Overall my preferred rope to use.

Good material but too short
Nice build but the length felt insufficient for taller users.

Value speed rope for cardio and HIIT
Smooth, fast rotation and a comfortable grip make this a solid cardio tool. The rope adjusts to different heights and the light handles feel good for quick sets. It’s thin, so beginners who want more momentum might prefer a heavier cable, and the cut-and-adjust step takes a little patience.

Good starter rope with room to improve
As a beginner I appreciated the rope’s weight and fluid spin. Shortening the cable was fiddly because the inner metal braid is tough to cut, but that suggests it will hold up outdoors. The color is more orange than gold and the grip could bite more when hands get sweaty.
