The shade is made from frosted acrylic that feels solid and resists yellowing and cracking over time. Its translucent finish spreads the LED output evenly to reduce glare, producing a soft, ambient effect rather than a harsh point source of light.
Each light produces a warm 3000K color temperature that is easy on the eyes at night. The output is balanced for low-level illumination—bright enough to see your way in the dark but subtle enough to preserve a restful atmosphere in bedrooms and nurseries.
A built-in light sensor automates operation: the lamps activate in dim conditions and switch off when ambient light returns. No switches or settings are required, making the lights simple and safe for nightly use.

Solid travel and bathroom light
Works great. Bright enough to avoid stubbing toes in the dark. I mainly use these when traveling and in bathrooms so I don’t have to turn on a blinding light. Brightness is good and the motion/activation feature responds well.

Warm, pleasant illumination
I replaced cool, harsh LEDs with these and love the warm tone. Light spreads from the frosted panel instead of a harsh hotspot. Pictures don’t capture it well but the glow is soft. Bought four and liked them enough to order more.

Mostly excellent, one failed after 18 months
Update after 18 months: one of the original four stopped working (about 25% failure). Original thoughts: warm white is the right temperature and brightness, switches off in daylight, doesn’t block the other outlet, and uses only 0.5W.
