Product description
Comprehensive long-run lighting: This bundle contains a single 150-foot string fitted with 75 G40 LED bulbs, plus two spare bulbs in the package. Bulbs are spaced approximately 2.5 feet apart, providing uniform coverage for decks, pergolas, tents, and extended walkways.
Durable, impact-resistant construction: Each globe is molded from heavy-duty polycarbonate to resist shattering from drops, wind, or accidental knocks. The sockets are built to commercial-grade standards and are tightly sealed to keep out rain and debris, while the cabling and fixtures are rated for typical outdoor exposure.
Warm, dimmable illumination: LEDs produce a 2700K warm white glow that flatters outdoor dining and entertainment areas. The string is compatible with standard E12 LED dimming controls so you can transition from lively brightness to soft, intimate lighting. Dimmer hardware and any remote controls are not included with the strand.
Expandable and energy-efficient: Strands can be connected end-to-end to cover larger venues like party tents or long walkways. The LEDs use substantially less electricity than traditional incandescent bulbs, helping to lower runtime energy consumption for overnight events and long-term installations.
Seasonal performance guidance: Designed to handle sun, wind, and intermittent rain thanks to sealed sockets and rugged materials. For safety and longevity, avoid installing where water can collect continuously beneath the lights or where they are submerged.
Pros
- Long 150ft reach with 75 bulbs plus two spares
- Shatterproof polycarbonate globes for safer outdoor use
- Easily linkable and dimmer-compatible to customize brightness

VerdictThese 150ft G40 LED string lights deliver even, warm illumination across large outdoor areas. The polycarbonate bulbs and sealed sockets make them suitable for family spaces and commercial patios, while compatibility with E12 dimmers lets you shift brightness for different moods. They’re energy-efficient and linkable for bigger setups. Expect solid performance for typical outdoor use, though you’l

Right brightness for compact areas
Good lighting for a small outdoor nook — not overpowering, just enough to create a pleasant atmosphere.

Color and install are great — wish a remote came with it
Very attractive color and easy to mount. A wireless control or remote would have made adjusting scenes more convenient, but otherwise the lights look exactly like the pictures and perform well.

Stands up to the elements
Used these between trees in a wooded section of our property. They’ve been very bright and have held up through wind and rain. I’m ordering additional strands.

Quick install and neat packaging
Installation was simple with a staple gun and the packaging kept the bulbs from tangling. At first it looked like a mess, but everything was laid out logically and the setup was foolproof if you take your time.

Perfect porch upgrade
Excellent addition to our front porch. The strand was long enough for the span and I appreciated the plastic bulbs in case of storms. I used small wall hooks and everything lined up nicely. No bulbs have failed so far.

Ideal for a vintage sign
We needed 50 round bulbs for a classic photo booth camper sign and these fit perfectly. They look great now — we’ll monitor their performance through summer heat and winter cold, but initial impression is very positive.

Transformed my patio with a cozy glow
These lights completely changed the feel of our patio. The warm tone is very relaxing in the evenings and installation was straightforward. I used a 25-foot section for my seating area and the bulb spacing fit perfectly. The globes feel sturdy and have stayed in place through weather. Brightness is comfortable — not too intense but enough to sit and chat or eat outdoors. A solid upgrade for family time and casual get-togethers.

Great light, fragile cord
I own two sets and love the color and brightness. Unfortunately my second set’s cable snapped; the first was replaced under warranty. The cord appears somewhat delicate, so handle with care when hanging.

Perimeter lighting that improved the space
I hung the strand around the edge of our back porch with basic outdoor hooks. It really brightened the table and grill area without being overpowering. Bulb size and spacing worked well for the porch dimensions and I found an extra bulb in the package. Been using them about six months and they’ve held up, adding a pleasant, welcoming look when guests arrive.

Resistentes y duraderas
Llegaron en el tiempo esperado. Se sienten muy resistentes al ser de plástico y ofrecen una iluminación muy buena para el exterior.

Solid performance despite shipping hiccups
Delivery problems delayed things, and my three-pack arrived incomplete at first, but replacements were sent. Once set up they worked very well — bright and made of plastic so breakage wasn’t a concern. Some bulbs had loosened in the packaging and just needed tightening. Used them in a wedding tent where a single faulty bulb didn’t kill the whole string. Spare bulbs were included in the bag.

Illuminated my long driveway
I spanned a long drive by running 200 ft of support cable with turnbuckles, then clipped the strand onto it. Pros: individual clips, plastic globes, and efficient LEDs. Cons: clips can break if bent too far and the plastic globes scratch more easily than glass. Overall very bright and great value; I’ll buy more to replace older sets.
