Gorgeous and simple to mount
Bought this for the dining area and it transformed the room. The crystals throw a lovely sparkle and it spreads light evenly. It looks far more upscale than expected. It arrived quickly and well-packed — highly recommended.

Not as advertised for some buyers
This did not match expectations for several reasons: it arrived without bulb sockets as pictured, started failing early, and overall felt low quality. It didn’t work from day one for me.

Looks great but allow 4–6 hours to finish
Lovely in our dining room. Be prepared: connecting crystals can take 4–6 hours and getting the fixture hung is easiest with two people. Gloves and some spare parts were included, which helped.

Excellent purchase — worth the patience
The lamp looks elegant and lights the space well. Seller answered installation questions promptly. Import taxes were applied in Mexico, but the fixture was worth it. Take care and patience when placing each glass piece.

Poor return handling
The lighting looked great online but used a strip connector rather than a bulb socket I expected, which I found inconvenient. Returning it took nearly two months to get a refund and I paid about $60 to ship it back. Customer service would not cover return shipping.

Beautiful and correct replacement parts sent
The fixtures are very pretty and arrived on time. Initially I received crystals in the wrong color, but the seller quickly sent the right ones and I installed it without issue. Assembly is tedious but worth it.

Stunning but assembly takes time
A work of art when finished. Packaging was excellent; all parts arrived intact. Assembling the crystal strands is time-consuming and my electrician ran into a few hiccups, but the result is breathtaking.
