This digital kitchen scale arrives ready to use with two AAA batteries included and a stainless steel weighing platform designed for quick cleaning. The unit supports five measurement modes — ounces, pounds:ounces, fluid ounces, grams, and milliliters — making it suitable for both dry and liquid ingredients.
Four high-precision load sensors provide accurate readouts with 1 g or 0.1 oz increments. The top platform is high-grade stainless steel and wipes down easily after use. A dedicated tare (zero) function lets you add multiple ingredients into the same bowl and measure each one in turn.
The scale features a large, backlit LCD with oversized digits for easy viewing; the display remains lit for 2–3 minutes before dimming. Large, built-in buttons simplify unit selection and power functions so there are no complicated steps to operate.
Maximum capacity is 11 lb / 5 kg, which is suitable for most home cooking, baking, meal preparation, portioning, coffee weighing, and light postage tasks. An automatic power-off after two minutes of inactivity conserves battery life.
