Product description
What’s included: the RCC7AK-BLK is supplied as a complete under-sink kit — six filtration stages, a pressurized storage tank, tubing, fittings, mounting hardware and a matching matte black RO faucet. The package also contains user manuals, installation guides and links to step-by-step video instructions.
Filtration stages and materials: the system uses three pre-filters to protect the core membrane (sediment and carbon block layers), a reverse osmosis membrane that removes contaminants down to approximately 0.0001 microns, a fine granular activated carbon (GAC) polishing stage, and an alkaline (AK) remineralization cartridge that restores calcium and other trace minerals while raising pH for a smoother flavor.
Performance and certifications: independently tested to NSF/ANSI 58 standards, the full system shows substantial reductions in TDS and many regulated contaminants — examples include high percent reductions for lead, fluoride, asbestos and heavy metals. The AK stage returns minerals and alkalinity so water tastes less flat than straight RO output.
Installation and leak protection: designed for homeowner installation, the kit uses quick-fit connectors that do not require threaded pipe joints. A transparent first-stage housing lets you inspect the pre-filter visually without disassembly. The system has an automatic shutoff/pressure control mechanism to limit waste and protect against overflow; consult the manual for placement and required under-sink clearance before buying.
Maintenance and support: replaceable pre-filters and cartridges keep upkeep simple. The manufacturer provides lifetime technical support, how-to videos, and a 1-year limited warranty upon registration. Replacement filters and membranes are available separately to maintain long-term performance and bottled-quality drinking water at the tap.

VerdictThis six-stage RO unit delivers lab-backed contaminant reduction and returns essential minerals for a more pleasant-tasting glass of water. I drink more water now
The system was straightforward to set up with the video guide. No leaks and the auto-shutoff gave me peace of mind. I ran before-and-after TDS tests and saw dramatic improvement. The water tastes much better, so I find myself drinking more during the day.

Solid system and exceptional support
After comparing much pricier alternatives, I installed this myself using the provided videos. The unit performed well for a year until a canister developed a pinhole; the automatic shutoff prevented damage. Support (Sean) responded quickly and expedited a replacement part. Very impressed with the responsiveness.

High performance and knowledgeable tech help
Filtration results have been excellent and U.S.-based tech support was helpful. Before buying, measure your water pressure and TDS so the vendor can recommend the optimal setup. I used inexpensive gauges and a TDS meter to confirm conditions and got tailored advice — worth doing if you want predictable results.

Matched my needs without extra plumbing
I chose this model because it didn’t require an under-sink outlet or a booster pump. It was easy to install with no prior plumbing experience after watching the video. I used my existing sprayer hole for the faucet and updated the sink while installing — overall a good fit and affordable compared with pump-driven options.

No limescale — daily use is effortless
After a few weeks of use the system has performed flawlessly. Installation was straightforward, components feel solid, and the faucet and tank meet our daily needs. No limescale in the kettle after using the filtered water — a clear sign the RO process is effective. Customer service (Nick) was helpful during registration.

No more buying bottled water
I installed this RO system when bottled supplies were scarce and my tap water was rusty and chlorinated. The filtered faucet now delivers water that rivals what I used to buy, with no metallic taste or lingering smells. Installation was manageable for a DIYer and I expect the unit to pay for itself in months thanks to lower water costs and no more trips hauling jugs.

Works well and fixed my skin problems
Very happy with the system; no leaks and excellent water taste compared to my tap. After using the filtered water, my chronic eczema cleared up when other treatments failed. A housing cracked after a few years, but support (Francis) handled it promptly. Still using it daily and pleased with the results.

Upgraded from a 2-stage filter — noticeable improvement
My old 2-stage carbon filter improved taste but didn’t cut dissolved solids. Moving to this RO system solved that. The unit came well packed, customer reviews/technical support were reassuring, and the push-fit fittings with color-coded tubing made installation straightforward. It eliminates the need to buy bottled water and addresses many common contaminants.
