Product description
Power and endurance: The S2 is driven by a 350W brushless hub motor that can push the scooter up to about 18 mph in ideal conditions. The battery pack is rated to deliver up to around 17 miles per charge under specific test conditions. The model has passed UL 2272 safety testing, verified by SGS.
Construction and tires: The scooter is built on a full, reinforced frame designed for daily commuting. It rides on 8.5-inch solid rubber tires that eliminate flats and reduce maintenance. Because the tires are solid rather than pneumatic, expect a firmer ride over uneven pavement.
Safety and braking: Lighting includes three positioned LEDs—front, middle and rear—to improve visibility. Braking is handled by a combined system: a mechanical disc brake plus an eABS regenerative anti-lock braking system to help recover energy and stabilize stops.
Connectivity and controls: Pair the scooter with the Hiboy mobile app over Bluetooth to lock the unit, monitor battery levels and review basic ride statistics. The app is compatible with both iPhone and Android devices and offers simple telemetry and locking functions.
Portability and accessories: The S2 folds down to fit into tighter storage areas such as car trunks or beneath transit seats. A detachable comfort seat is available as an add-on but is not included in the standard package. Included in the box are the scooter, charger and a quick-start guide.

VerdictThe S2 targets commuters who want a sturdy, portable ride with a usable range and straightforward tech. Solid rubber tires reduce flat risks but give a firmer ride over rough pavement. The dual-brake setup is responsive, and the integrated lighting and app conne

Reliable daily commuter
I use the S2 for a 4-mile roundtrip commute and usually ride in Sport mode. After a full charge I still had about half the battery left on that route. At roughly 180–190 lbs with a bag, the scooter still hit near 19 mph easily. The right lever’s disc brake stops very quickly, while the left brake is gentler — I tend to feather both together rather than slam them. Build feels solid and the lights get compliments. Support rep CiCi handled my question quickly and professionally.

Perfect for getting around campus
My daughter uses this for classes and absolutely loves it. The speed is just right for campus paths and short neighborhood trips.

Fun to ride, but braking can worsen
Very enjoyable and easy to set up, though after a few downhill runs the brakes felt diminished and sometimes didn’t stop as firmly as before. The app is optional and not needed for daily use. Modes seemed similar in my experience. After a year it has been stable overall, but I’d keep an eye on brake performance.

Worked fine at first, then more problems appeared
My teen loved it initially, but a wheel rattle developed and grew worse after a month. We missed the return window and after many messages the seller sent a warranty replacement wheel. Installing it was difficult because local shops refused to take on the repair, and during the replacement the rear brake stopped functioning. I wish we’d bought extended coverage — the experience was frustrating.

Great for campus travel
As a student this scooter changed how I move around campus. It accelerates smoothly and reaches cruising speed quickly, which is perfect between classes. The battery covers long stretches without recharging and the compact frame fits in a dorm or locker. Tires work well on city streets and mild bumps.

Feature packed but a firmer ride
It accelerates well, the lights and features are useful, and the app is a nice extra. Solid tires make rough surfaces a bit jarring — you feel bumps more. Brakes are very responsive, perhaps even too abrupt at times. Overall good range and quick recharge times; it’s been a lot of fun.

Very satisfied with manufacturer support
After 14 months and an accident, my throttle broke; the company sent a replacement throttle and an extra phone mount free of charge. Earlier on I’d already been impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to assist with concerns. The scooter rides well and has good battery life. I did note the folding latch could be improved, but overall their customer service has been strong, so I raised my rating to four stars.

First-day impressions — promising range
Owned for one day and the build already feels more substantial than kid scooters. Solid tires are a big plus to avoid flats. On a 6.1-mile route with some inclines and about 185 lbs total weight I returned with roughly 59% battery after using Sport part of the time — I estimate just over 14 miles per charge in mixed riding. The folding neck and front lock area look like the most likely weak spot.

Loyal buyer — excellent product and support
I liked my first S2 so much that I bought more from the brand after earlier models. Their customer service has been friendly and quick to respond by email, which kept me coming back. The S2 lands between cheap slow scooters and very pricey units — it feels solid and reliable and I prefer its ride to many rentable models.
