50-Pack Blank Wedding Menu and Place Cards with Ribbon — 4 x 9 in

Product description

What you get: Fifty blank menu cards, fifty blank name/place cards and fifty coordinating beige ribbons, enough for fifty place settings. Each ribbon measures 0.98 x 21.65 inches (2.5 x 55 cm). The set is packaged to serve weddings, showers, banquets and similar gatherings.

Paper and size details: The menu sheets measure 9 x 4 inches and the place cards measure 3.5 x 1.9 inches. The cardstock is a heavyweight 89lb / 240gsm, double-sided and designed to be rigid and resistant to tearing. The surface has a fine texture that accepts ink and pencil well while remaining smooth for decorative work.

Printing and handling: These blanks can be used with laser printers, but because of the thickness some desktop models may not feed them reliably. Verify your printer’s supported paper weight in the manual or with the manufacturer before attempting bulk printing. If printing isn’t an option, the finish is compatible with markers, pens, and adhesive embellishments.

Design and use: The neutral beige color and clean layout make the cards easy to personalize by hand or with simple graphic designs. Ribbons act as both a fastener and a decorative accent: tie a bow to keep folded menus and place cards together, or loop them through card holes for a refined look.

Practical notes: Sizes are manual measurements so allow for slight variances. Screen displays can affect perceived color; actual beige may differ a little from what you see online.

Pros

  • Generous 50-piece set plus matching ribbons
  • Thick, double-sided 89lb/240gsm cardstock
  • Smooth surface suitable for hand-decorating

Cons

  • May not feed well in many home printers
  • Ribbons can be bulky for the punched holes
  • Beige tone may vary slightly from screens

VerdictA generous supply of sturdy, double-sided cards and coordinating ribbons that make DIY table stationery straightforward. The paper weight and smooth finish suit pens, markers, and stickers, though some printers may not accept the thick stock. Ribbons add a polished touch but can be fiddly to thread and tie.

Printing guidance missing; ribbon fit was awkward

No printing instructions were included, and the place card size made it awkward to try feeding through a home printer. The card stock is plain and sturdy, but having separable sheets for printing would help. Ribbons are decent quality and a neutral shade, yet they were wider than the punch hole and required a lot of rolling to thread. The hole placement also makes the tied bow sit vertically, which looked bulkier than expected compared with the seller photos.
