Product description
What you get: a single stainless-steel dough scraper fitted with a wooden handle, ready for use straight from the box.
Blade and size: the scraper features a flat stainless blade measuring approximately 6 inches across by 3 inches tall, with a long straight edge for cutting, scraping and lifting. The exposed metal edge is ideal for dividing dough, scraping counters and scooping chopped ingredients.
Handle and materials: the handle is solid wood, shaped for a comfortable grip and providing balance and weight when pressing or scraping. The blade is made from stainless steel for rust resistance and easy food contact cleaning.
Use and care: designed for professional-style kitchen tasks — mixing, portioning, transferring and scraping surfaces. It’s dishwasher-safe for convenience, though treating the wood with a light food-grade oil and avoiding prolonged soaking will help maintain the handle’s finish and longevity.
Pros
- Sturdy stainless blade great for scraping and cutting
- Comfortable wooden handle with solid balance
- Dishwasher-safe stainless, easy to clean
Cons
- Wood handle needs occasional oiling and gentle care
- Handle finish may wear if heavily soaked
- Not flexible for scraping curved bowl sides
VerdictThis stainless-steel scraper delivers dependable performance for shaping, portioning and lifting dough as well as scraping and transferring chopped ingredients. The 6" x 3" blade and a robust wood handle give it a hefty, comfortable feel. It’s suited to regular kitchen use, cleans easily, and stands up to routine tasks — though the wooden handle will benefit from occasional oiling and gentle care

Reliable kitchen workhorse
Bought this as part of my bread-making kit and it’s held up well. It’s durable and useful not only for dough but for chopping and moving vegetables into a pot. Treat the wooden handle with a little olive oil now and then and avoid soaking it to keep it in top shape.

Good value and practical
Initially the handle felt a bit rough, but after months of use it has held up well with no tarnishing on the blade. For everyday use there’s no reason to pay extra for a fancier model.

Built to last
Stands up to regular use. Avoid plastic alternatives — this metal scraper has helped me shape dough and make flaky crusts. Highly recommend for durability.

Comfortable, versatile scraper
This tool exceeded my expectations. The handle’s weight and curve fit the hand nicely and the blade tackles stuck-on bits without leaving residue or marks. After some weeks the handle finish softened and the fit loosened a touch, but a few coats of polyurethane fixed it up, and it’s still a very useful kitchen tool.

Not ideal for all tasks
I make a lot of bread but prefer silicone scrapers for curved bowls and delicate surfaces. The metal blade can scratch some counters and isn’t flexible enough to follow bowls, so I still rely on other tools for certain jobs.

Solid, pleasantly heavy-duty
I researched options and wanted a wood-handled scraper rather than plastic or metal-only. Despite being made overseas, this simple combination of wood and stainless feels robust and heavy in a good way. The blade spans nearly 6 inches and just under 3 inches tall, with the handle adding a bit more grip length. It’s heavier-duty than I anticipated and should last a long time with care.
