Tangy Mango Lime Sorbet

Making sorbet at home is simpler than you might think. This tangy mango lime sorbet highlights pure fruit flavor with just a few wholesome ingredients, so you can avoid the additives often found in store-bought frozen treats.
This recipe uses only three ingredients and works well even with very ripe mangos. The lime adds a bright acidity that balances the mango’s natural sweetness for a refreshing frozen dessert.
Mango Lime Sorbet
Ingredients:
2 cups mango, cubed or sliced
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup sugar
Instructions:
Place the mango, lime juice, and sugar into a blender.
Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds depending on your blender.
Transfer the purée to a shallow container and freeze. The sorbet will firm up in about 2–3 hours. For a softer texture, stir the sorbet once after an hour, then return it to the freezer.
