Product description
Loud 100dB alarm for home protection - Each sensor produces a 100dB alert that can be heard across living spaces, basements, garages, or cellars. The siren triggers immediately when moisture is detected so you’re warned early and can prevent extensive water damage.
Sensitive probe and prong detection - The alarm uses two sensitive front probes to spot drips from pipes and four metal sensing prongs on the underside to register standing water. Housings are molded from durable ABS plastic and the electronics are sealed for extended service life; the IP56 rating allows the unit to float and continue detecting leaks in wet environments.
Compact, battery-powered placement - At about 2.6 inches in diameter and 0.9 inches tall, these cordless sensors tuck easily beneath sinks, inside cabinets, in laundry rooms, near sump pumps, or beside water heaters. They’re designed for quick placement where leaks are most likely to start.
Ready-to-use batteries and simple maintenance - Each sensor ships with AAA cells pre-installed (rated to last up to a year under typical use) and includes a TEST button for quick checks. A low-battery warning combines an audible beep with a flashing red light. A small onboard screwdriver is supplied so you can swap batteries without needing extra tools.
Package contents and support - The kit contains two water detector units and four AAA batteries in total. Devices are sealed to IP56 standards for reliable operation in moist areas. The manufacturer provides a 30-day return window, a 12-month warranty, and ongoing customer support for questions about setup or performance.
Pros
- Very loud 100dB alarm
- Pre-installed AAA batteries and onboard screwdriver
- IP56 sealed design that can float and detect water
Cons

VerdictThese compact, battery-operated water detectors offer a loud 100dB alarm, solid leak sensing with front probes and bottom metal prongs, and an IP56 sealed design that lets the unit float and keep working in wet conditions. They arrive ready to use with AAA cells and a built-in screwdriver, plus simple testing and low-battery alerts. If you want a straightforward, standalone way to catch small drip

Simple to set up. Very loud and picks up small amounts of water quickly. I haven’t tried any network features since it’s standalone.

Worth having
Gives peace of mind. I put them in the water heater pan and beneath sink cabinets. Tested them first; all were loud and worked. After losing hardwood to a heater leak, these are indispensable.
