Product description
Manufactured for North American distribution, this four-piece saddle sandbag set is designed to stabilize photography and outdoor equipment.
Each bag is constructed from heavy-duty 1680D polyester for abrasion resistance. Inside every outer bag are PE inner liners that hold gravel, sand, dirt, or pebbles and prevent leakage. The design includes two zipper pockets per bag so you can insert the PE liners, fill them, and close both an inner and outer compartment for extra containment.
Package contents: four empty photography sandbags, four aluminum attachment clips, and eight PE inner bags. The sandbags are delivered unfilled so you can choose sand, river rock, or pea gravel to suit your needs.
Use: these saddle-style weights drape over tripod or canopy legs and secure with Velcro tabs; they also clip to umbrella bases, backdrop stands, light stands, fishing chairs, and picnic tables. The dual-zipper construction and sturdy carry straps simplify filling, moving, and fastening.
Pros
- Durable 1680D polyester shell
- PE inner liners prevent leakage
- Dual pockets and Velcro for secure fastening
Cons
- Arrives empty — fill required
- Some reports of zipper failures
- No pre-measured fill guidance included
VerdictThese sandbags are solidly built for everyday photography and outdoor use. The 1680D polyester shell and removable PE liners keep fill contained while dual zipper pockets and Velcro make them straightforward to load and attach. They arrive empty but include clips and spare liners; they work well for tripods, lights, canopies, and similar gear, though occasional zipper defects have been reported.

Stays closed with dual zips
Well-made and holds the pea gravel I added without leaking. I hadn't noticed the double-zipper detail in the listing, but it’s there and adds confidence. I packed about 20 lb per bag (split per side) and they feel sturdy. I'll judge long-term wear after several outdoor gigs.

Useful for windy shooting sessions
Very good product. I use them when it gets breezy to steady my camera while photographing birds.

Exactly what I needed for a party backdrop
The internal pocket for the PE liner is handy, and there’s an additional outer zipper for reinforcement. My backdrop stayed put the whole event. Fabric and carrying straps feel strong and reliable. Overall very satisfied with the purchase and the quality compared to the cost.

Arrived with damaged zippers
Disappointing unboxing: two of the six zippers were broken on arrival. I used them in an emergency but wouldn’t buy these again based on that experience.

Thick fabric and strong fasteners
Surprised by the heavy material and how well the Velcro grips. Filled with gravel and attached to my canopy legs — they kept it stable on a very windy day. Very pleased with their performance.

Does what the listing promised
Exactly as described: solid construction, easy to use, and effective. I filled mine with pea gravel and river rocks to avoid sand mess. The Velcro holds the fill securely. I can’t vouch for long-term durability yet, but they seem built to last.

Performed through heavy wind
They do their job well. Construction is sound and each bag accepts a useful amount of weight. I used them on a popup canopy in 40 mph gusts with no issues — I wrap them around the legs and fasten the Velcro.
