Product description
This kit contains 15 carbide-tipped router bits secured in a molded plastic case. The assortment covers typical profiles such as straight cutters, roundovers, chamfers, rabbets, flush trim, and a few moulding-style bits so you can handle edge shaping, trimming, and basic joinery.
The cutters are carbide-tipped for improved wear resistance and hold a sharp edge longer than standard high-speed steel bits. The set includes mixed shank sizes commonly found in household and benchtop routers (both 1/4" and 1/2" shank options or adapters included in some kits) to fit most routers and trim tools. Each bit is machined with a solid carbide tip brazed to a steel shank.
Use this collection for cabinetry touch-ups, door and trim work, decorative edges, and routing in softwoods, plywood, and common hardwoods. The compact case keeps the bits organized and portable, though some users may prefer individual bit labeling for quick identification. For sustained heavy cuts or production environments, consider higher-spec cutters designed for industrial use.
Pros
- Wide selection of common router profiles
- Carbide tips for longer edge life
- Compact, molded storage case
Cons
- Some shanks not labeled with size
- Not intended for heavy continuous material removal
- Bit holder can be loose in transit
VerdictThis 15-bit carbide router set delivers a wide mix of cutters for general woodworking and trim tasks. The bits are carbide-tipped for durability, come in a molded carry case, and cover common profiles and shank sizes so you can tackle edge work, trimming, grooving, and basic joinery. Ideal for hobbyists and light professional use, though heavy-duty, continuous production routing may demand boutiqu

Shank markings would help
The sizes aren't printed on the shanks, so distinguishing close diameters is tricky. There's a long code on each, but clear size markings would be nicer. Case doesn't grip some bits tightly.

Packaging issue
All 15 bits are present, but the packaging is different from the picture and less convenient.

Fine for trim, not heavy hogging
My palm router couldn't handle aggressive cuts, but the bits are fine for trim work. Packaging arrived intact and quick.

Good starter kit
Just got these and tried a few on scrap plywood. Worked well for someone new to routing. Excited to use them on an actual project.
