Product description
What’s included: one 10-inch (about 26 cm) round stainless steel griddle pan.
Surface and coating: the cooking face is finished with a polygonal micro-texture that resists scratches and abrasion from metal spatulas, then sealed with a high-quality nonstick coating. The combination is intended to reduce sticking so you only need a few drops of oil and cleaning takes less effort.
Construction and materials: the pan features a custom stainless steel handle that’s ergonomically shaped and rated to resist heat transfer. The pan body is a three-layer, thickened assembly designed for fast, even thermal conduction and to resist warping under normal kitchen temperatures.
Cooking plane and use: the flat 0° horizontal surface is machined to be perfectly level so batter and thin items cook evenly without pooling or hot spots. It’s suitable for crepes, tortillas, pancakes, eggs and quick sears. For best results, especially on induction, cook over low to medium heat to avoid overbrowning.
Compatibility and care: compatible with all stovetops including induction. Because of its efficient heat transfer, moderate heat settings are recommended. Clean with nonabrasive sponges and mild detergents to preserve the coating. The maker offers refunds or free exchanges for defective products—contact customer support if you encounter issues.

Saves oil and energy
Made from quality materials. I seasoned it first and it performed as nonstick with little smoke when frying. Medium heat is enough, so you save oil and electricity; the handle stays cool and comfortable.

Nonstick winner!
Tried it first thing in the morning. Works well on induction, though a small hob means it takes longer to heat evenly. Nonstick and very easy to clean—I’m impressed.

So-so performance
From the first use batter stuck badly and crepes tore. The nonstick didn’t meet my expectations and it darkened over time, which makes cleaning tougher. Size and heating are fine and it works on induction, but I expected more.

Good 26 cm pan
Solid stainless nonstick pan; the 26 cm diameter is convenient for crepes and omelettes. The coating generally releases batter with a little butter or oil; cleaning is quick if you avoid abrasive pads. Heat distribution is good and it feels durable.

Quick induction heating, great for tortillas
Fully stainless with a striated cooking surface tailored for tortillas, crepes and eggs. The polished steel handle feels durable, and a light spray of oil prevents sticking. I like the modern look and low profile.
