16 oz Whole Clove Buds — Dried Clove Buds for Cooking & Home Uses

Product description

Contents and weight: one 16 oz package of dried whole clove buds. Each bud is a whole, intact spice bud harvested and dried to retain natural oil and aroma.

Materials and quality: pure clove buds with no preservatives, fillers, or synthetic additives. Naturally high in essential oils, they provide an intense, warm, slightly sweet flavor and long-lasting scent.

How to use: use whole cloves to stud hams or fruit, add to spice sachets and pomander balls, toss into simmering stews and marinades, or grind them to a powder for baking and spice blends. A single whole clove can scent a cup of chai or herbal tea, and they’re also popular for mulled wine and potpourri mixes.

Packaging and storage: the cloves arrive in a resealable pouch designed to retain oils and aroma, extending usable life when stored in a cool, dark place. Suitable for vegan and gluten-free diets, these whole cloves are a versatile pantry staple for culinary and home-craft projects.

Pros

  • Intense aroma and flavor
  • Resealable 16 oz pouch preserves freshness
  • Pure, additive-free cloves

Cons

  • Strong scent may be overpowering in small spaces
  • Whole buds require grinding for some recipes
  • Large quantity may be more than occasional users need

VerdictThese whole clove buds deliver strong aroma and concentrated flavor, whether used intact or ground. The 16 oz bag is resealable to lock in freshness, and the all-natural, additive-free spice works equally well in cooking, beverages, potpourri, and craft uses.
