Product description
Handcrafted Chinese kungfu teapot made from a combination of ceramic and natural purple clay. The teapot body is decorated with a traditional bamboo-leaf motif and finished with a matching lid; the clay is left untreated so it can gradually season and retain more of the tea’s aroma over repeated use.
This travel kit contains: 1 teapot, 2 petite cups, 1 wooden tea tray and 1 portable zippered tea pouch (color shipped at random: dark or light brown). The second cup can act as a rinse cup or to share a small pour; the tray brings a ritual element to serving while keeping everything neat during travel. Everything fits in the padded, zippered case which includes internal pockets and foam padding to protect the set on the go.
Both the pot and cups are small by design — ideal for multiple short steepings so you can experience flavor development across several infusions — and are easy to clean and dry. The pot’s bamboo-cane style side handles and the lid’s raised grip help you lift and pour without burning your fingers.
This ensemble works well for a personal gongfu session, a quiet tea moment at home, business meetings, or as a thoughtful gift. It also presents nicely on display for an Asian-inspired table setting or a calming solo ritual.
Before first use, rinse each piece with warm or cool water to remove dust and prepare the clay surface for brewing.

Lovely craftsmanship
The set shows delicate workmanship and the bamboo-style handles are a charming detail. Size photos help because images alone don’t always convey scale.

Too cute to resist
I adore this tiny set — it’s ideal for frequent little tea gatherings.

Tea set okay, pouch disappointing
The teapot and cups are fine, but the travel pouch feels flimsy and underwhelming compared with the ceramics.

Reliable for gongfu brewing
I’ve used this set for gongfu cha for a long while. True clay feel and attractive form; best for one person or one guest. Mine arrived in solid condition — treat the clay carefully and it will last.

Replacement arrived mostly intact
This was the replacement and I’m relieved it arrived in one piece. The case this time is scuffed, but the ceramic set is fine. My first order had damage, so I’m cautious; overall I’m pleased but gave a middling rating because of the earlier problems.

Cups arrived chipped
Two cups had small chips on the rim. Otherwise the set is plain and attractive.
