Product description
Precision signal processing and rapid results
This upper-arm blood pressure monitor uses an upgraded Accurate Signal Processing (ASP) approach and refined calibration from large-scale data testing to deliver fast, clinically-oriented readings in about 30 seconds. The device is tuned to assist detection based on WHO classification guidance, and the algorithm and hardware are adjusted for repeatability and reliability across measurements.
Adaptive deflation for comfort and repeatability
An internal proportional valve modulates cuff deflation speed according to cuff size and arm pressure, improving comfort during measurement and helping produce consistent values across back-to-back checks. That control reduces variability caused by manual deflation differences and supports steadier readings for follow-up comparisons.
Two adjustable cuffs to cover most arm sizes
The package includes two arm cuffs designed to fit a wide range of limbs: a medium/large cuff and a large/extra-large cuff, together covering adjustable arm circumferences from approximately 9 inches up to 21 inches. Both cuffs attach with hook-and-loop fasteners and are shaped for ergonomic placement on the upper arm, aiding correct positioning and reliable readings.
Clear display, one-touch operation, and multi-user memory
Measurements are shown on a large backlit LCD that improves readability in low light and for users with limited vision. One-button measurement automatically records systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate. The unit supports two separate user profiles with storage for up to 99 readings per user, each entry stamped with date and time for tracking trends.
What’s in the box and power options
Included are 1 upper-arm monitor, 1 medium/large cuff, 1 large/extra-large cuff, a drawstring storage bag, 4 AAA batteries, a USB Type-C cable, and a user guide. The monitor operates on either 4 AAA batteries or via the supplied USB-C cable. Important: the device itself is not a rechargeable unit — when using USB power it must be connected to an external power source, and a separate 5V adapter is not bundled.
Usage notes and compatibility
For accurate results, choose the cuff that matches your arm circumference, position the cuff at heart level, and remain still during inflation and deflation. The monitor is intended for routine home monitoring and portability; it is calibrated to provide consistent results but, as with all home devices, users should compare occasional readings with a healthcare professional if readings are unexpected or inconsistent.

Reliable and fits larger arms
I like this unit. A nurse confirmed its measurements. The larger cuff works well for people with thicker arms.

Clear display, portable unit
Does what I need — readable screen, easy to carry. Good value overall, although batteries seem to drain quicker than I expected.

Better than a wrist unit
After a poor experience with a wrist monitor that showed inflated numbers, switching to this upper-arm model gave stable, believable readings.

XL cuff failed my expectations
Advertised XL cuff didn’t work well for my 20-inch arm. Measurements were inconsistent and unreliable, which was very frustrating.

Impressive at first use
Bought to monitor daily readings so my doctor could decide on treatment; the large, bright screen is easy to read. I’ll update if anything changes, but so far it outperforms my older models.
