Product description
No tethering to the bedroom: the system uses a wireless pager to notify the caregiver the instant the user leaves the pad. The idea is to avoid in-room alarms that can upset or restrain the person being monitored while still giving immediate notice to the caregiver.
What’s in the box: a 10 x 30‑inch sensor pad, a handheld pager/monitor with clip and wall-mount bracket, anti-slip adhesive stickers for the pad, batteries for the pager, a small Phillips screwdriver, mounting screws with anchors and double-sided tape option, and printed quick-start and warranty papers. The pager pairs with the pad out of the box—no Wi‑Fi, accounts, or apps required.
Materials and construction: the pad contains a soft foam interior with an incontinence-resistant outer layer that wipes clean easily. Anti-slip stickers are supplied to keep the pad from shifting, which reduces false triggers. The pager is lightweight plastic with a belt clip and wall bracket for convenient placement.
How it’s used: place the pad under or on top of bedding or on a chair depending on the monitoring need, secure it with the anti-slip pads, and clip or mount the pager where you’ll hear or feel it. There are multiple sound levels and a vibration-only option so you can choose an alert that wakes you without alarming the person being monitored. An alternate early-alert version is available if you want a warning before the person fully stands up.
Support and eligibility: all necessary batteries are included for initial use, and the company offers 24/7 human customer support. The product is FSA/HSA eligible for qualifying medical expenses such as dementia care monitoring.

Performs better than expected
Very easy to set up and it does exactly what I needed. The pager wakes me from deep sleep when my mom gets up, while she remains unaware of any alarm. I paid more than a wired pad, but the privacy and reliability make it worth it.

Great for wandering or extra uses
Excellent device for a loved one with dementia. I actually repurposed it for another use and it still worked perfectly.

Works well but volume control could be separate
The unit functions as advertised and is sensitive enough, with a 2‑second delay option to reduce false alarms. Buttons can be confusing at first and it’s easy to hit the sound control instead of silencing; a dedicated volume button would help. Also wondering why batteries need replacement yearly.

Early alerts prevent falls
Second unit I’ve bought and very satisfied. It warns me when my husband begins to get up, giving me time to assist and prevent falls or ER visits.

Ideal for semi-independent seniors with balance issues
Discrete and accurate — gives just enough warning to reach them and help. These pads let us keep my grandmother safe and independent until her final days. Very grateful for this solution.

Product as described, concern about lifespan
Easy to operate and effective. Only drawback is uncertainty about the transmitter’s lifespan—seems like it may not last more than about a year?

Helped me sleep again
Took the stress away because it reliably wakes me to assist the elderly person. It’s portable so I can carry it around the house and still be alerted.

Nighttime lifesaver
Finally getting restful nights. The alarm rouses me if my mother gets up; the tone is a bit grating but worth the safety it provides. Solid performance.

Complete kit with clear instructions
Package included a bed pad, chair pad, monitor, quick-start guide, 4 non-slip adhesives, two AA batteries for the monitor, a small screwdriver, and mounting options with tape and screws. The pads had an initial rubber smell, so I aired them out before using.
