Skiers’ Breakfast Burrito — Beaumont Bakery Favorite

On my Salt Lake City breakfast tour I’m focusing mostly on newer spots, but a few places I’ve visited before still make the list because they’re relatively new to the valley. One of those staples is Beaumont. I grabbed a breakfast burrito today and knew it deserved a spot on the roster.

I appreciate Beaumont for two main reasons: convenience and freshness. If you like to play in the mountains along the Wasatch Front, Beaumont is a great place to fuel up before an adventure. I often pick up a breakfast burrito on my way up the canyon before a big ski day. The drive-through makes it quick and accessible without sacrificing quality. While many Mexican-style drive-through burritos can be greasy and heavy, Beaumont’s offering feels cleaner and more balanced—important when you’re about to be active outdoors.

Beaumont’s breakfast burrito is filled with fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn, and bell peppers, but the standout is the sauce. A good sauce can make or break a breakfast burrito, and Beaumont’s creamy tomatillo-escabeche dressing ties everything together with brightness and depth.

Tucked between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers more than a solid breakfast burrito. Their coffee and pastries are excellent, and they serve tasty mains like a burrata salad that’s become a favorite for many. It’s a reliable neighborhood spot with a welcoming patio and a thoughtfully designed interior.

A quick note: great food attracts crowds, and Beaumont is no exception. Weekends often bring a line of people outside. If you only want pastries and coffee, you can usually grab them quickly or use the drive-through. If you plan to sit and relax, especially on a weekend, allow some extra time for a potential wait.

I highly recommend Beaumont for a fresh, convenient breakfast before heading into the mountains or for a relaxed coffee and pastry stop any day of the week.
