   Powerful massage — very impressed

   Used it twice and already blown away. Far more effective than my old unit. You do need to find the right chair position and tweak settings to hit exact spots, but it released tightness in my neck and upper back in a single 15-minute session. Felt renewed after use.

   Excellent massage but watch chair compatibility

   Delivers a deep, satisfying knead, but the lower width makes it tricky to use on curved office chairs—straight-backed seats work best. Heat is subtle. At 5'9" I needed a 4–6" cushion to position the neck unit properly. The rollers don't reach the very top of the shoulders. The remote pouch can be hard to access and the Velcro sometimes lets it slip out.

   Plenty of customization — neck height and rotation, shiatsu or rolling, adjustable width, spot focus, and heat. Remove a fabric layer for deeper pressure or add a towel for a gentler feel. The seat vibration is optional. I had a previous model from the same maker that lasted years; this one feels equally durable and I expect years of nightly use.

    I bought this independently and used it for two weeks. Quality and controls are good, but the dimensions never suited my frame. I tried multiple chairs and configurations, even lying flat, and the contact points didn't align. I’m 5'11" and slim; others with different builds may have better luck.
