This set includes 20 self-adhesive electrode pads (10 pairs) sized at 2 x 2 inches, arranged in a resealable moisture-barrier pouch to help preserve stickiness between uses.
Each pad is built with a biocompatible hydrogel layer bonded to a latex-free non-woven fabric backing. The materials conform to CE and RoHS standards and are formulated to be non-irritating for sensitive skin — user reports indicate very few allergic reactions across hundreds of users.
A high-conductivity carbon film beneath the hydrogel ensures even distribution of electrical current, which helps target muscle tightness in areas like shoulders, the upper and lower back, and legs. These pads are suitable for routine 20–30 minute TENS sessions for post-exercise recovery and ongoing discomfort management.
Adhesion can be restored by rinsing the pad gently with water and allowing it to air-dry; each pad supports 30+ reuse cycles when maintained this way, extending lifespan and reducing the frequency of replacements.
The pads use a universal 2mm pin connector interface and are compatible with the majority of TENS units that accept 2mm pins (for example models from AUVON, TENS 7000, Etekcity, Nicwell). They attach and detach without stressing device ports when handled correctly.
