Worked very well until the pump failed
Provided excellent relief and was comfortable to use, but the control/pump stopped working in under a year. For the price I expected longer life or available replacement pumps; disappointing quality control.

Zipper pull failed but company offered help
After about six weeks the right zipper pull broke so the boot couldn’t close. I reached out to customer service and was told replacements would be sent. These boots help my DVT-related swelling and improve circulation; hoping the new parts arrive soon.
