Renew Your Subscription Now: Simple Steps to Renew Today

Our Seaport membership lapsed last month, even though I’d been intending to renew since March. I even went into the office to do it, but got distracted by the free lemonade and coffee and by wrangling the children away from the antique furniture.

I considered waiting until next summer to renew, since the Seaport closes for part of the winter. But when we drove past last week Evan started shouting, “I WANT TO SEE MY BOATS! I LOVE BOATS! I NEED THE BOATS!” and Caroline began to cry. I promised ice cream, but they both insisted on the boats. I finally negotiated by adding a playground visit and promising to renew our membership another day. Then I found these photos from June while transferring images to external storage. Seeing them makes me realize I can’t miss the rest of summer and fall at the Seaport.

Also, Chowder Days are in October — only someone who truly dislikes delicious food would skip them.

p.s. We left Evan’s hat on Long Island earlier this summer. I really need to retrieve it.
