Uneven heat and odor issues
Mine didn’t heat evenly so curls came out inconsistent. There was a persistent burning smell after several uses. Cord is solid but the extra barrel length near the tip didn’t seem to heat.

Very pleased with the results

Takes practice — it’s a wand
Good performance but remember this is a clamp-free wand. It heats fast and holds curls well, but there’s a learning curve and I had a few burns until I learned the technique.
