Product description
This bottle brush includes the handle and a replaceable brush head that twists off and back on for easy swaps. The shaft is stainless steel and engineered to flex so you can reach deep into reusable water bottles, baby bottles, vases, pitchers, carafes and similar containers.
The head uses two sets of nylon bristles: firmer bristles at the tip to tackle stubborn residue and small corners, and softer side bristles that scrub sides of wine glasses and delicate crystal without scratching. The handle is covered in a soft, non-slip material so it stays comfortable and secure even when wet. There’s also a drainage/hanging hole at the handle end for air drying.
Replacement heads extend the life of the handle and reduce waste — the head removes and installs with a simple twist. This brush is compatible with Refill P replacement heads, sold separately, so you can keep using the same handle long after the bristles need changing.
Pros
- Flexible stainless-steel neck reaches deep interiors
- Dual bristles for gentle glass cleaning and tough scrubbing
- Twist-off replaceable heads reduce waste
Cons
- Handle can feel short for very large hands
- Bristles will eventually need replacement
- May not reach bottoms of extremely long, narrow bottles
VerdictA versatile cleaning brush that combines a long, bendable stainless neck with two bristle types for both gentle and heavy scrubbing. Comfortable to hold when wet and built to be refreshed by swapping the head instead of replacing the whole tool. Great for everyday bottles and glassware; note that taller or very narrow containers and those needing extra reach may require patience or a longer tool.

Handle no longer tossed
We loved the old brush but hated throwing away the handle. The replaceable-head design fixed that — extra heads mean we keep the handle for years.

Simple, dependable design
I’ve used this brand before and appreciate the easily replaceable head. Cleans reliably and is straightforward to use.

Great for thermos cups
Reaches down into my thermos and removes coffee residue. Bristles are a touch soft for heavy buildup and an extra inch on the handle would help, but it does the job well.

Consistent quality from OXO
Matches the usual quality of their kitchen tools. Switching to replaceable heads is a clear improvement over older fixed-head models.

Does the job
Cleans well; heads need replacing eventually but performance is solid while they last.

Less waste thanks to replaceable heads
Same reliable cleaning performance, now with swap-out heads that cut down on waste. Replacement packs of two are convenient and last well.

Sturdy handle and replaceable heads
Works great for deep glasses and mugs. The handle feels robust and the unscrewable heads mean you don’t toss the whole brush when bristles wear out.

Solid all-purpose bottle brush
Cleans bottles and general dishes well. Bristles are medium-stiff, create good suds, and it’s light with a hanging hole. Head lasted a few months; replaceable heads are a welcome feature. Occasionally won’t reach very deep bottles.

Almost perfect — just a touch short
Excellent balance of flexible shaft and bristle stiffness. Head stays secure and scrubs bottoms well; sides stay gentle. My only gripe is the handle feels about two inches too short for large hands.

Effective and eco-friendly
Thoroughly cleans bottle bottoms and crevices. The refillable head option is a nice eco-friendly touch that avoids throwing away the whole tool.
