Product description
This manual fruit and wine press includes a T-shaped non-slip handle, a 0.1-inch thick stainless pressing plate, an inner and outer stainless steel barrel, a metal support frame and base, and two food-grade filter bags. The unit has a 1.65L (0.44 gallon) capacity suitable for family use and small gatherings.
Both barrels and the pressing plate are stainless steel for corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and easy rinsing after use. The press is designed to extract juice, prepare wine, squeeze fruit purée, press cheese, and even assist with small olive oil or honey extractions when used with appropriate pre-processing and bags.
Operation is manual: place prepared or chopped fruit inside a filter bag, set it in the inner barrel, and turn the T-handle to lower the pressing plate and force out liquid. The base and frame provide stable support and holes are provided to bolt the unit down for a fixed installation if desired.
The inner and outer barrels and pressing plate can be disassembled to reach food contact surfaces for washing; stainless steel surfaces wipe clean and are compatible with dishwashers for added convenience. The included filter bags are food-grade to help keep product hygienic during pressing.
Pros
- Solid stainless steel construction
- Reasonable 1.65L capacity for home use
- Removable parts and food-grade bags for easier cleaning
Cons
- Manual crank can be effortful under high pressure
- Some assembly fastenings may feel awkward
- Not fully sealed or finished in a few units
VerdictA robust, compact manual press that delivers strong mechanical pressure and versatile use for home juicing and small-batch pressing. Its thick stainless components and metal support frame make it durable, and the included filter bags, removable barrels, and dishwasher-safe parts simplify cleanup. A few assembly and finishing issues have been reported, but overall it performs well for kitchen and h

Struggles with seeded grapes
We tried multiple approaches but the press wouldn’t force out the last few inches of juice cleanly; whole grapes remained in the bag when finished. Hand-squeezing yielded more. Maybe we missed a trick, but it was frustrating.

Works reliably and cleans easily
Does the job it’s meant for and is simple to rinse out. No issues in regular use.

Well-made but physically demanding
Nice piece of equipment and solidly built. The screw-down action takes effort; a lever-style mechanism might be easier to use.

Heavy-duty feel, minor fastener fuss
Sturdy build and strong pressing action — far from flimsy. I worried the metals would feel light, but it handles good torque. Attaching the pressing plate to the bolt used small Allen screws which took a bit of fiddling; I wanted it snug but removable for cleaning. That fastening method can be awkward but it's not a deal breaker. Performs well for my needs and feels like solid value.

Fast delivery and excellent yield
Quick arrival and a very capable press. The lid seats tightly on the inner container and gives a strong extraction. For added stability under heavy pressing I recommend bracing the outlet — I solved this with a small wooden block. Overall a top-quality impression and clear recommendation from me.

Does the job, needs occasional tightening
Performs as promised. You may need to retighten some screws from time to time; swapping in different nuts can help.

Great for hands with limited strength
Excellent purchase. I use it for making soy milk and it’s a relief on arthritic hands. Also helpful for squeezing excess liquid from vegetables for pickling. Metal thickness seems durable and the size suits a home kitchen well.

Performs as intended
Does what it’s designed to do. Solid performance — I would purchase again if needed.

Construction and design letdowns
The inner insert appears as a single piece but has a visible seam where edges were joined, and the outer bowl consists of separate components including the drain. The insert lacks a closed bottom so the design is more open than expected. Because of these gaps I found it unsuitable for pressing olives to extract oil; it would need a hydraulic press to be effective in that use. I ended up using larger, finer brew bags with a different basket instead.

Heavy, solid unit with useful mounting holes
Very substantial construction and the base has holes so you can bolt it to a countertop — nuts and bolts not included. Cranking is straightforward; use a food-safe lubricant on the shaft to minimize metal wear. The pressing plate is rigid and delivers good output. The manual comes with prep tips; read them to avoid headaches. Bought it to avoid steaming in hot weather and it’s been a good solution.

Avoid if you need a clean, high-yield olive press
I wouldn’t recommend this for oil extraction. It fails to crush olives effectively and the non-rotating pressing plate rubs against the screw, producing metal filings in some cases. The frame needs to be bolted to a heavy support; otherwise it can require two people to steady under pressure. The coarse main screw is hard to turn when loaded. With the risk of metal contamination and limited crushing power, it’s not safe or worthwhile for my intended use.
