Product description
What’s included: one pair of 15-inch liquid silicone oven gloves (size L) with integrated CoralAir inner liners.
Materials & build: The outer shell is made from food-grade liquid silicone that resists stains, grease and odors. Inside each glove is an 18-gauge seamless CoralAir heat-insulation liner that adds dexterity and breathability while reducing sweat. The set is BPA-free and latex-free for sensitive-skin users.
Size & fit: These gloves measure 15 inches in length to protect hands and lower forearms. The listed size is large; cuffs are long enough to guard against splatter and brief steam exposure.
Heat and cold tolerance: The silicone exterior is rated to perform across a wide temperature range, letting you handle both very cold and hot items safely for short periods. The surface repels water, making it suitable for wet tasks and wet-heat environments.
Cleaning & care: Wash with mild dish soap and hot water; allow the gloves to air dry with the lining kept dry between uses. Store in a cool, dry spot to prolong life. Hand washing while wearing them is one convenient cleaning method described by users.
Safety & limits: These gloves are not designed as flame-rated firefighting gear, nor for protection from concentrated industrial chemicals or automotive oils. Avoid wearing sharp jewelry or rings while using them to prevent punctures. They meet several safety standards and regulatory tests for materials and chemical requirements.
Pros
- Waterproof, food-grade silicone exterior
- Breathable 18-gauge CoralAir inner liner
- Long 15" cuffs protect hands and forearms
Cons
- Not suited for long holds of very hot heavy cast iron
- Some users report surface wear over time
- Fingers can feel short for people with long digits
VerdictThese 15-inch liquid silicone gloves combine a waterproof, food-grade outer with a breathable CoralAir liner. They grant good hand coverage, solid grip and broad temperature protection for quick hot or cold handling, though they’re not intended for prolonged holds of very heavy cast-iron items.

Wore out sooner than expected
The fit and initial performance were great, but the silicone coating began to wear off after a few months, which reduced heat protection.

More useful than a potholder
These give full-hand coverage and much better control than a single pad. Handy for grabbing awkward hot bowls from the microwave without slipping.

Very happy with these!
Surprisingly nimble for their size — I can handle small tools like my thermometer and slide them on and off easily. Great for frequent bakers and useful at the grill. I’m glad I chose the longer sleeves for more coverage.

Comfortable and easy to clean
Great for canning and handling splattering jam — easy to wipe or wash. Size large fit my long hands well; felt secure and provided a strong grip on pots and tools.

Good protection, not for long holds
Thick and secure around my hands and wrists. Not intended to hold a heavy cast-iron pot for extended periods — pull items out and set them down. I wash them with soap while wearing them; no silicone smell.

Solid construction and helpful grip
Recommended to me by a baking account; they let me move multiple Dutch ovens quickly without serious discomfort. The tacky surface took some getting used to but improved my hold on pans and utensils.

Works for quick oven pulls
They do the job pulling a Dutch oven from a 400°F oven, but heat transfers through if you linger. Fast action is necessary.

Helped with cold sensitivity in my hand
I have nerve issues that made handling cold food painful. These gloves protected me, were washable and food-safe, and let me do prep again without the cold shooting up my arm.

Consider a larger size for long fingers
They handle heated cast-iron bread ovens well, but finger length is short — if your fingers are long, opt for the next size up.

Insufficient heat resistance for me
I felt heat through the gloves after a few seconds during baking. Disappointed by how quickly warmth transferred.

Ausgezeichnete Ofenhandschuhe
