Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain full-fat yogurt (or low-fat if preferred)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise (or lighter mayo)
  • ½ tsp lime zest
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 scallions, whites and greens separated
  • 2 chipotle peppers plus 1 Tbsp adobo sauce (from a 7 oz can)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tsp honey (or maple/agave)
  • ¼ tsp salt, plus more to taste
  • Pinch black pepper

Instructions
