Product description
This pack contains 20 printable sheets yielding 160 individual 2 x 3.5 inch cards with rounded corners. Each card stock is a heavyweight 93 lb (254 gsm) paper designed to offer a firm, professional feel. The sheets incorporate a Clean Edge separation system that allows you to snap cards out cleanly, leaving smooth, rounded edges rather than perforation marks.
Both sides of the stock are optimized for common home and office printers (inkjet and laser). The Print-to-the-Edge feature supports full-bleed printing so artwork can extend to the card borders without white margins. Sheets are fitted with Sure Feed technology to aid alignment and reduce the chance of misfeeds or jams during printing.
The cards are intended for a variety of uses including business contact cards, loyalty or reward cards, appointment reminders, and event tags. You can design one-offs or batch print using the provided online design and template tools, which let you upload artwork or use preset layouts to produce double-sided designs ready for printing. The rounded corners reduce snagging and wear when carried in wallets or cardholders.
Pros
- Heavyweight 93 lb (254 gsm) cardstock for a premium feel
- Clean Edge snap-apart sheets for smooth, rounded edges
- Print-to-the-Edge and Sure Feed improve alignment and finish
Cons
- Unconventional 2 x 3.5 in size may need layout adjustments
- A few sheets can require minor trimming after separation
- Some printers need single-sheet printing per directions
VerdictThese rounded-corner Clean Edge business cards deliver a substantial feel and clean separation for DIY printing. The thick 93 lb / 254 gsm stock and curved corners resist creasing, while Sure Feed helps with printer alignment. Full-bleed Print-to-the-Edge and online design templates make two-sided, professional-looking cards feasible at home. Some users report occasional trimming or feeding quirks

Confirm size before ordering
These use US letter layout, so alignment can be tricky in other regions. Edges are usually clean but not perfect every time. Make sure the dimensions match your needs.

Solid choice for short-run printing
They looked better than expected after separation. It took a few tries to dial in the template and printing one sheet at a time added steps, but I would buy them again.

Great print results and a polished finish
The stock is thick and the clean-edge finish looks like a professional cut with no rough perforations. Rounded corners add a modern touch. Sheets fed smoothly in my inkjet and ink dried quickly with crisp color. Use a small margin if you want full-bleed effect.

Professional-looking cards for my jewelry business
I make my own jewelry cards and these look fantastic without costing much. They feed well in my laser printer and the pieces pop out easily. The quality convinced me to print cards for a coworker as well.

Simple to print, high-quality finish
I appreciated the rounded corners and solid paper. Double-sided printing worked well when I followed the directions—trying to print multiple copies at once caused problems. The online template made setup easy.

Exactly what I needed for DIY cards
They tear apart cleanly and produce neat edges. I was impressed with the final look. Highly recommended for at-home projects.

Sure Feed reduces alignment headaches
Used these for place cards and didn’t have to reprint a set for the first time. The feeding system made alignment reliable and saved time.

Odd dimensions and imperfect separation
These aren’t standard business card dimensions — they’re shorter and wider than expected. Several cards didn’t separate cleanly and needed trimming. If you want a traditional size, check measurements first.

Excellent heavy stock for DIY cards
I restocked a type of card I used to buy locally. Very sturdy feel — almost like there's a thin plastic layer inside — and they work with laser or inkjet. Cards pop out smoothly and the rounded corners prevent wallet wear. Printing quality was good; layout tools helped a lot. Highly satisfied.
