Product description
The tower fletching system is designed to mount three vanes simultaneously at 180° spacing for consistent arrow flight. It comes with several arm sets so you can choose helical or offset configurations; one of the included arm types is a 3° helical set. The arms clamp the vanes firmly, offering maximum clamp pressure to help the adhesive cure with good contact.
Adapters and sleeves are provided to accept shafts from approximately .166 to .246 inches in diameter, and the jig accepts push-in (pin) nocks as well as many swedged shafts and crossbow bolt styles. The kit includes spacers and clamp-release tapes to protect the vane clamps from glued-on residue and to make repeated work faster.
The jig is constructed from molded components that are lightweight yet sturdy for workshop use. Glue cleanup is straightforward with solvent such as acetone when needed, but regular wiping or cleaning after sessions is recommended to prevent dried adhesive from gumming up the clamps. Operation is straightforward: mount the shaft in the base, fit the chosen arm set, place vanes in the clamps and apply adhesive, then release after curing for three uniform vanes in one cycle.

Not for straight vanes without extra parts
Received brand new in perfect condition, but it won’t handle straight vanes in this configuration. You need the complete model to do both types, so I returned it and reverted to single-vane work.

Very capable and beginner-friendly
Simple to operate. I bought the set with left and right 3° arms and adapters for various shaft sizes. Used Bohning glue and Blazer vanes without a primer and it worked on my first attempt. Great for newcomers; the plastic components feel solidly made.

Quick arrow repairs at home

Arrived dirty but performs well after cleaning
Bought a used-like-new unit that was covered in dried adhesive and missing a few bits. After a long cleaning with acetone and careful scraping, it worked flawlessly and I fletched about two dozen arrows in a couple hours.

Does the job despite humble looks
Looks a bit cheap out of the box, but I repaired a couple dozen arrows with no problems. The kit includes adapters for three vane types — make sure those are the ones you need.

Easy setup and consistent results

Finally enjoyable fletching time
