Product description
Invite Barred Owls to take up residence in a box crafted specifically for their needs. The front panel includes grip grooves to help adult owls climb in and out with ease, while the interior is sized to accommodate adults and growing owlets.
A hinged clean-out door on the side allows straightforward maintenance and enables placement of a small wildlife camera so you can watch nesting activity without disturbing the birds. The entrance and access points are positioned to keep the interior sheltered and secure.
The box arrives fully assembled. Mounting strips and screws are packaged with the unit, and a portion of nesting material is provided so the site feels ready right away. Fastening to a tree is simple using the included hardware and straps or lag screws as preferred.
Constructed from recycled poly lumber, the unit resists rot, cracking, and insect damage better than untreated wood. It is intended to be mounted 12–15 feet high in a live tree for optimal safety and suitability for Barred Owls.
