Product description
What’s included: The unit ships with the feeder body, a removable 200 ml food hopper, a set of interchangeable dispensing caps for portion control, and a USB charging cable for recharging the internal battery.
Power and runtime: Inside is a large-capacity rechargeable battery designed for repeated charge/discharge cycles — the manufacturer rates it for roughly 800 cycles. Depending on the feeding schedule you program, a single full charge can last roughly 3–6 months in light use. It’s advised to charge the device for about 10 hours the first time to ensure the battery reaches full voltage for reliable operation.
Capacity and compatibility: The 200 ml hopper accepts a variety of dry fish foods, including pellets, granules and some powdered feeds. The dispenser is made from durable plastic and the removable hopper makes refilling and cleaning straightforward. A selection of caps allows you to fine-tune the quantity dispensed per activation.
Programming and operation: The feeder supports up to four scheduled feedings per day, with the ability to set 1–3 portion rotations for each scheduled time. There is also a manual feed button for on-demand dispensing. The controls allow either fixed-time scheduling or interval-based feeding modes, though both modes cannot run at the same time.
Tank suitability and placement: Designed to serve tanks and small outdoor ponds up to about 600 L (158 US gallons / 131 UK gallons), it works well for common aquarium fish and small pond residents such as goldfish and turtles. The unit can be mounted on the tank edge or placed nearby; some users fashion a small rain shield when using it outdoors.
Charging and maintenance: The USB cable enables convenient recharging from many sources, removing the need for single-use batteries. Over long-term ownership some users have reported reduced battery holding capacity after a couple of years; keeping the device plugged in while in use is an alternative. Regular cleaning of the hopper helps prevent clumping in humid conditions.
Pros
- USB rechargeable with long rated cycle life
- 200 ml hopper fits pellets and powders
- Programmable up to 4 feedings per day plus manual feed
Cons
- Initial instructions can be unclear
- Battery capacity may decline after long-term use
- Placement and cap changes require care to avoid misdosing
VerdictThis automatic aquarium feeder is a practical, energy-saving option for owners who need scheduled or occasional manual feedings. The 200 ml hopper handles granules and powders, the USB rechargeable battery is long-lasting (advertised for hundreds of charge cycles), and the timer supports up to four daily feedings with adjustable portions. It’s a convenient choice for vacations or daily convenience

Highly recommended — very satisfied
Installed it on my tank after drilling a small hole in the lid and it’s been fantastic. The battery life is impressive and portion sizes are easy to adjust. No complaints — if you need an automated feeder, this one is a solid choice.

Peace of mind for vacations, excellent battery endurance
I bought this feeder before a two-week trip and tested it first, then fully charged it. It’s given me confidence that the fish will be fed while I’m away. After more than six weeks since that charge it still hasn’t needed power again. So far it’s dependable and straightforward to use.

Does the job reliably
Performs as expected and met my needs for a short holiday. I filled it to check how long it lasts feeding every 48 hours and it will cover two weeks easily for my fish. Placement can be tricky and swapping caps feels a bit delicate, but otherwise it’s holding up fine. I bought two colors and like that it charges via USB-C.

Failed after storage — one-time use for me
I used it successfully for a seven-night trip in 2023, then stored it in the original box for three years. When I tried it again it wouldn’t charge or power on. It wasn’t mistreated, so disappointing that it stopped working after sitting unused.

Muy contento — funcionó en dos acuarios
Compré dos veces este alimentador. Me encanta el temporizador. Uno para tetras y otro para corydoras y camarones. Funciona por USB, sin cambiar pilas, y dura bastante.

Works well but setup instructions lacking
The unit functions properly, but the manual is not clear. It has two modes: scheduled feeding at set times and interval-based feeding. These modes do not operate together, so you must pick one or the other.

Reliable for longer absences
I’ve used this for several months with three goldfish in an outdoor container pond and it fed them reliably for up to three weeks. I always top off the charge before use. I did create a small rain guard for it outdoors. Programming is doable though the directions aren’t very helpful, and the hopper holds plenty of pellets.

Bien hecho y duradero por periodos
Sorprende que siga funcionando hasta 30 días. Programo dos comidas al día y va muy bien.

Good while battery holds a charge
Owned it about two years and the battery’s recharge capacity declined; now it lasts maybe a week between charges. It worked great initially and can be plugged in as an alternative. The controls took a bit of learning — like programming an old digital watch — but became easy after a few cycles.

Kept fish alive during a month away
Bought two units for my 30 L tanks with many danios. I plugged them into power and they kept the fish fed for a month while I was gone.
