Product description
The AW2725DF is built around a 26.7–27-inch QD-OLED panel that drives a 2560 x 1440 (QHD) image with quantum-dot color enhancement. It supports an industry-leading 360Hz refresh rate and a manufacturer-claimed 0.03 ms gray-to-gray response time for minimal blur in fast motion. The display advertises an infinite contrast ratio native to OLED technology and carries VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification for deeper blacks and highlights. Color reproduction is strong, with DCI-P3 coverage around 99% and tight color accuracy targets.
Connectivity on the unit includes DisplayPort and HDMI inputs plus a USB 3.2 Gen1 hub for peripherals and upstream data. The package ships with the monitor head, a height- and tilt-adjustable stand with a low-profile hexagonal base, power cable, and signal cables for immediate setup. Construction mixes rigid plastics and metal in the stand and mounting points; the screen itself has a glossy finish that enhances HDR presentation. On-screen tools include AlienVision overlays for in-game sightlines and a three-zone AlienFX lighting system to match your rig.
Ergonomics are a focus: the stand allows height, tilt and swivel adjustments and the display also supports VESA mounting. Adaptive sync technologies are supported (AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and VESA AdaptiveSync) for tear- and stutter-reduced gameplay. A three-year Advanced Exchange warranty is provided and explicitly includes coverage tied to OLED burn-in, giving added peace of mind for daily, long-session use.

Great color with my GPU rig
I don’t use HDR, but color reproduction is excellent. With my Radeon setup I hit very high frame rates in QHD at max settings and the image looks sharp and consistent.

Long-term reliability so far
Three years of heavy daily use and no visible burn-in. Colors remain vibrant and brightness is adequate for lit rooms. Solid longevity in my experience.

Huge upgrade for competitive and casual play
Switched to this QD-OLED from an older panel after a lot of reading. The combination of OLED blacks, 360Hz smoothness and 1440p clarity made games and movies noticeably more immersive. Dark scenes no longer have the gray wash of LCDs, and quantum-dot processing gives rich, accurate colors across apps. The 27-inch QHD size keeps UI elements legible without demanding 4K GPU power.

Won’t swap this for a standard LCD
High contrast, sharper detail and clearer in-game text changed how I view titles. The OLED panel noticeably improves clarity and color depth compared with traditional LCDs. Highly enjoyable for gaming sessions.

Feature-rich and high-quality panel
After months of research I upgraded from an older TN display; the leap to QD-OLED was dramatic. HDR scenes render with impressive brightness and color, the glossy surface helps HDR pop without causing problematic reflections, and the input selection is generous. So far it’s been very reliable.

Worth the investment
This monitor has been a valuable upgrade and suits competitive and immersive play alike. Overall performance and image quality justify the swap from my older display.

Stunning HDR and SDR; minor cosmetic flaws
SDR performance is excellent and HDR Peak modes are striking. No dead pixels on my unit, but there are faint micro-scratches along the top edge visible only at certain angles. Overall a premium experience with just minor aesthetic issues.

Next-level performance and color
After several weeks across FPS, racing and single-player titles this monitor impressed with inky blacks and vibrant highlights. The 360Hz refresh and very low response time keep motion crisp for competitive play, while the OLED panel offers depth that IPS 360Hz screens don’t match. Build and finish feel solid and it presents a striking, high-end look on the desk.

Premium feel at an accessible tier
Out-of-the-box color and viewing angles are excellent. Text rendering is generally very sharp though some may notice subpixel layout fringing. The stand is rock-solid, VESA mountable and motion handling is excellent; VRR can flicker with inconsistent FPS, so capping frame rates helps stability.

Quality-control letdown for my unit
Mine developed dead pixels within a week. I tried pixel refresh routines and careful usage to avoid static images, but the defect remained. Having owned multiple systems from the same brand before, this experience was disappointing and suggests some variability in quality control.

Versatile for both esports and immersive gaming
I upgraded from a 1080p 360Hz IPS unit and now enjoy OLED contrast plus the high refresh rate. The 1440p resolution hits a sweet spot for spotting targets while maintaining smooth motion. It’s a great all-around performer for fast shooters and visually rich single-player games; if you find a good deal it’s a strong value play relative to newer variants.
