October is nearly over already! I finally pulled out a Halloween decoration just a few days ago. I’ve never been great at decorating for Halloween—back when my boys were little I put more effort into it, but now that they’re older and no longer trick-or-treating, I’m admittedly a pretty lazy Halloween mom. No need to send the Halloween police—promise I’ll try to do better next year.
Last week I mentioned how excited I was to make my lasagna soup. I brought it to a get-together with friends and it was a hit—we all devoured it and everyone asked for the recipe. If you haven’t tried it yet, make it soon. I keep forgetting how comforting and delicious it is.
