Arrived Broken — Packaging Issues
The second unit I received arrived shattered. Packaging was inadequate and the pot was broken into pieces when I opened the box carefully. Disappointing experience overall.

Too Fragile for Reliable Shipping
Several shipments arrived damaged. Of four pots, three were broken across different deliveries. Returning broken pottery to the carrier was a real hassle. They look good, but they’re simply too delicate to survive ordinary shipping without much better protection.
