Product description
What’s included: one 40 ounce Trek tumbler with an integrated ergonomic handle, a threaded straw lid, a color-matched straw and a clear Tritan plastic spare straw.
Construction and materials: The body is 18/8 stainless steel with double-wall vacuum insulation to minimize heat transfer and prevent condensation on the exterior. The exterior finish remains sweat-free while the interior is made with food-safe, lead-, BPA- and phthalate-free components.
Lid and drinking options: The straw lid screws on securely and features four-way threading so you can orient the straw to whichever side feels most comfortable. Two reusable straws are provided — one that matches the lid color and one clear Tritan — and the lid is designed to limit leaks when closed.
Fit and use: The 40 oz size is designed to fit most standard cupholders and is large enough for long outings or desk use. The handle makes it easier to carry and to grab in transit. The tumbler is dishwasher-safe (top rack recommended for lid components) and backed by a limited lifetime warranty for defects in materials or workmanship.
Pros
- Large 40 oz capacity with strong insulation
- Ergonomic handle and four-way straw lid
- Durable, food-safe 18/8 stainless steel
Cons
- Not fully waterproof when inverted with straw installed
- Lid can be tight to unscrew with wet hands
- Large size may be heavy when full
VerdictThis 40 oz Trek tumbler is a reliable, everyday insulated mug that keeps drinks cold or hot for extended periods, includes a versatile straw lid and handle for one-handed use, and is built from durable, food-safe materials. It performs well in cars and at desks, is easy to clean, and comes with a limited lifetime warranty for peace of mind.

Dependable performance
I tried comparisons and this one stood out. It kept drinks cold in 85°+ heat, didn’t leak, and the straw is easy to sip from. Only minor gripe is the lid can be harder to unscrew with wet hands. Liked it enough to buy another as a gift.

Keeps ice all day
I use the 40 oz for ice water and it stays cold all day, even in 100°. I like being able to rotate the lid orientation and the range of colors. Fits car cup holders. I own several.

Very satisfied
I’m pleased with the purchase. The color is lovely, build quality is solid, and an extra straw was a nice touch. It keeps my desk water cold for hours. I’d buy again.

Worth buying now
If you can get one, grab it. My drinks stayed cold well over 24 hours. No leaks, fits everywhere I take it, the lid screws on solidly and it’s held up without dents or chips. Highly recommend.

Perfect for travel
Fits cup holders well, the handle makes carrying simple, and the lid design keeps spills to a minimum if tipped. I love the color and it matches my holiday decorations.

Stylish, practical size
This is my go-to tumbler. I fill it with ice and water and bring it in the car all day. Cold water is always available while running errands or visiting friends. The 30–40 oz range feels roomy but not too heavy, and two straws mean one can be cleaning while I use the other.

Great for smoothies
I needed a straw-friendly cup without tiny crevices to clean. This works perfectly: good size, holds a smoothie cold all morning, easy to wash and has lasted daily use for months. Not fully waterproof by design, but the seal is solid.

Genuine month-long test
I’m not promoting anything — I used this daily for a month before reviewing. It only leaked a tiny bit once when I held it upside down with the straw in. Otherwise it’s solid. I bought it to cut down on cups and it replaced both my car and home cups.
