This is a simple 10-minute meal made using the Innobaby Din Din Smart Silicone Chicken Steamer. If you enjoy the soft, savory steamed eggs served in Korean stone bowls, you can recreate that texture at home using this microwave-safe steamer. I used the main compartment for the steamed egg and defrosted frozen peas and corn in the separate section, then mixed them with butter and cooked rice. I served the dish with apple slices for a quick, balanced meal.
