Product description
Official licensing and scale equipment
This model is an officially licensed Ford F-100 in 1/18 scale and wears a molded ABS hard body shell inspired by the 1973–1979 sixth-generation F-Series. The kit ships with officially licensed BFGoodrich KO3 tires for authentic tread and appearance, and the interior includes a textured dashboard, seats, steering wheel, gear shifter and rearview mirrors to complete the scale look.
Magnetic quick-release body system and multiple shells
A magnetic quick-release system allows tool-free body removal and rapid swaps between official designs. The manufacturer offers several factory body options — multiple standard paint schemes plus limited special editions — and the magnetic mounting speeds up customization and maintenance without screws or clips.
FCX18 II low center-of-gravity chassis and drivetrain
The truck rides on the FMS FCX18 II low-center-of-gravity chassis engineered for improved weight distribution and climbing stability. It includes a two-speed transmission for precise low-speed crawling and a higher gear for trail runs. Metal oil-filled threaded shocks, metal chassis rails, metal suspension links, metal gears and solid axles increase durability and give a more realistic hobby-grade feel.
Lighting, controls and wiring
A full LED lighting suite is fitted: functional headlights, taillights, turn signals and roof-mounted spotlights with linked lighting effects. The truck pairs with a CH4-style remote for convenient switching while driving. The lighting harness is routed with hidden wiring and an independent control system so the layout stays tidy and is easier to modify for DIY upgrades.
Who it’s for and how it’s used
Designed for adult hobbyists, collectors and scale trail drivers, this RTR crawler is ready for rock gardens, trail runs and display. Its combination of realistic body detail, hobby-grade chassis components and quick body-change system makes it suitable for those who want a driveable scale model straight out of the box and room to upgrade or repair as desired.

Missing nut and flaky lights
Box arrived missing a wheel nut — I replaced it easily. Battery charged but the lights only work intermittently and often flicker; I’ll try to troubleshoot or repair the wiring.

Excited but premature purchase
Runs great on my crawler course and I love the look. I bought it early and now want the brushless version too. Magnets could be a touch stronger, but they’re first-generation so improvements are likely.

Fun for the family
Easy to work on with many hop-up options. Multiple bodies and colors are offered, and it’s well made — great family fun.

Love the truck, lighting needs attention
Build quality and electronics are terrific and it crawls and shifts nicely. The magnet system is clever but mine caused light flicker until I adjusted the spring contact; seems like a QC oversight on a few units.

Over-the-top impressed!
This truck is outstanding — I’m giving it more than five stars and can’t wait to test it with a 3S pack.

Handles rocks well
Comparable to higher-priced rigs in build quality. Metal frame, real suspension articulation and sticky stock tires make it a strong performer. Magnetic mount is convenient and held through several hard impacts. Battery gave about 20 minutes of run time.

Fantastic small-scale presentation
The licensed F-100 body is crisp with great paint, chrome trim and interior detail. The low-CG chassis, two-speed box and oil-filled shocks deliver real trail performance. Quick-release magnets and built-in light contacts are a highlight.
