Product description

This wall-mounted copper grounding bar kit is designed for robust electrical grounding and busbar connections. The package contains one high-conductivity copper plate, two SM40 polyester standoff insulators, two stainless steel mounting brackets, and ten sets of stainless steel washers and bolts for secure assembly and hookups.

The SM40 insulators are manufactured from UL-specified polyester material (QMFZ2.E252110) and carry a rated Uimp up to 6 kV, providing reliable insulation performance in typical distribution and grounding applications. The kit ships pre-assembled with the brackets and insulators attached to the copper plate, allowing for faster installation in cabinets, equipment rooms, or on walls.

Common uses include grounding multiple points in high- and low-voltage distribution cabinets, equipment grounding connections, power distribution and transmission grounding, and fixing or tying into copper busbar systems.
