Contents and sizes:
- 10 x 47mm rotary deburring blades (black finish), HSS high speed steel — suited for plastics and soft metals such as copper, aluminum and silver.
- 1 x metal countersink blade for chamfering and deburring drilled holes.
- 1 x aluminum alloy deburring handle (pen & hex profile, no blade fitted) for a firm grip and precise control at the bench.
- 1 x silicone & plastic handle (no blade fitted) designed for extended work sessions where comfort is a priority.
Materials and hardness:
Both the rotary blades and the countersink cutter are made from HSS high speed steel. The handles combine aluminum, silicone and plastic as noted. The hardened components are specified at 62-64RCP for cutting durability.
How it works:
Replace blades by compressing the mounting head to release and seat the cutter. Once installed the blade assembly can rotate freely through 360 degrees, allowing chamfering and edge cleanup on cross holes, deep bores, straight edges and curves. The cutters are sharp out of the package and remove burrs efficiently; keep them out of reach of children and handle with care.
Use cases and portability:
Small size and lightweight construction make the set convenient to carry for field jobs or stash in a toolbox. Suitable for woodworking, plastic fabrication, aluminum and copper trimming, and light steel deburring. The swap‑out bits let you adapt quickly between hole chamfering and edge finishing.

Useful but with a size limit
The countersink is easy to use but only for holes up to about 1/2". The burr bit takes some practice but works well; handles are comfortable.

Aluminum handle feels sturdy, bits are a thicker profile, and the offset hole deburrer reduces fatigue compared with straight chamfer tools.
